Meghan shares her favorite family breakfast!
1 cup of water
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
3 tablespoons of Farina
Organic maple syrup
1/2 chopped Granny Smith apple

Directions
- Boil 1 cup of water,
- Add farina and take off heat.
- Stir until there are no lumps.
- Add chopped apples, crushed walnuts and mix it all together.
- Top with desired amount of maple syrup.
