New week, new content! Whether you’re looking to get outside, slow things down on the yoga mat, or add some fire to your routine with special classes – there are lots of new options to choose from.
Your Day One with Robin
One of the best things about fitness is you can start (or restart) anytime, anywhere, and this new series with Robin Arzon is designed to help you reactivate your goals. Her first class, a 45-minute Your Day One Ride, is available on demand now. Don’t wait for next year or next week to get started – make today Your Day One!
Go Hard with Tunde
Ready for a real workout challenge? Tunde Oyeneyin has got you! Check out a 30-minute Advanced Bike Bootcamp: Full Body premiering Tues., Feb. 20 at noon ET and available on demand shortly thereafter.
New Evening Yoga Flows
The evening is a perfect time to wind down and turn inwards with yoga. Get your night started on the right note with two new Evening Yoga Flows that are designed for all geographies. A 30-minute International Evening Flow with Ross Rayburn will drop on demand Wed., Feb. 21 at 4 p.m. ET, and a live 20-minute International Evening Yoga Flow with Anna Greenberg is scheduled for Fri., Feb. 23 at 5:30 p.m. ET.
Outdoor Classes
As we inch our way towards warmer weather, you may be craving some more outdoor time (raises hand!). You’ll have plenty of fresh content to choose from as Peloton has a bunch of Outdoor Walks ready to drop on demand Thurs., Feb. 22 at 11 a.m. ET. Classes will be taught by Andy Speer, Becs Gentry, Joslyn Thompson Rule, Matty Maggicamo, Olivia Amato and Tobias Heinze, so definitely something for everyone.
