Featured Class: 20-Minute Mental Health Awareness Ride with Bradley Rose
When: Tuesday, May 6th at 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST
Kicking off the week is a special 20-minute ride led by the ever-inspiring Bradley Rose. Known for his uplifting energy and heartfelt connection to the Peloton community, Bradley brings a unique perspective to this class. Having overcome personal challenges, including recovery from a stroke, his story is one of resilience and renewal.

- 15-Minute Yoga Drills: Backbends with Kirra
- When: Tuesday, May 6th at 6:35 PM ET / 8:35 AM AEST+1

- 30-Minute Kettlebell Strength with Jess Sims
- When: Available on-demand starting Wednesday, May 7th at 12 AM ET / 5 AM BST
