Last Updated: November 20, 2024By Tags:

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

1.10/03/2024 30 Minute Glutes and Legs  with Rad Lopez

2.11/08/2024 20 Minute 90’s Ride with Tunde Oyeneyin

3. 11/04/2024 30 Minute Metabolic Health Walk with Matt Wilpers

4. 45 Minute Power Zone Classic Rock Ride with Christian Vande Velde

5. 120 Minute Global PZE Ride with 9 Instructors

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Strength Class

10/03/2024 30 Minute Glutes and Legs  with Rad Lopez

Robbindm recommended this class. Robbin said “I love that his programming is hard and geared towards building strength for runners!”  If you’re hoping to improve your runs, don’t sleep on strength, especially glutes and legs classes.  Also, don’t underestimate Rad’s friendly, chill nature.  He packs a punch with his workouts, and this one has 48 lower body movements and alternates between weighted and body weight movements.

2. Favorite Ride

11/08/2024 20 Minute 90’s Ride with Tunde Oyeneyin

This ride was nominated by Katie Bromley, who said “the ride had a great playlist and was a  great sweat but not too hard.  It hit the sweet spot.”    In addition to the amazing 90’s playlist, this class packs two jogs and two climbs into twenty minutes, along with a couple of flat road recoveries. The perfect workout for when you’re short on time!

3. Favorite Outdoor Walk

11/04/2024 30 Minute Metabolic Health Walk with Matt Wilpers

Peloton keeps coming up with creative ideas  – this walk combines fitness with knowledge!   Debra Mericantante Anzalone recommended this ride, saying “it was fun to learn about metabolic health from Dr. Patel while walking!”   This walk has a great playlist and it also inspires you to create healthy habits with Dr. Kavita Patel.  Read all about Peloton’s Health Centered collection of classes in our article.

4. Favorite Power Zone Ride

11/17/2024 Minute Power Zone Classic Rock Ride with Christian Vande Velde

Jeff Hutt (#SpeedyJeff) and Eileen Edwards McCracken both absolutely loved this ride – both the music and the workout!   Jeff said it had “crazy zone 6 and zone 2 intervals” and Eileen commented that “the zone 6 was hard but I did it and I’m really charged up now – getting a lot done here at home!”   Any class that starts with “Sympathy for the Devil” and ends with “China Grove,” with so many other  fantastic songs in the middle, will pump you up for the rest of the day for sure!

5. Favorite Unstackable Ride

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

120 Minute Global PZE Ride with 9 Instructors

Who didn’t recommend this ride??!! Carrie McGilvery Logan was in the studio for this ride and said it was “Epic!”  She said the energy was incredible and the class had a great vibe and was so much fun with multiple instructors teaching.   Jennifer Urbancic Kern pointed out that this ride would be “hard to top!:  Kelly Quirk-Ceperley agreed, saying it was “both fun and challenging.”  Gwendolyn Dawson said ti was “an amazing experience all around”.  This ride was also nominated by  Rosalyn Arntzen and Keri Murphy Roche – perhaps our most nominated class ever!
