This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

2. 06/30/2025 45 Minute Powerzone Ride with Christine D’Ercole
3. 09/01/2025 15 Minute Core Strength with Tunde Oyeneyin

5. 08/06/2025 30 Minute Pop Upper Body Strength with Robin Arzon
Why you loved them!
Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.
1. Favorite Walk+Run
08/31/2025 30 Minute Walk+Run with Alex Karwoski
Sarah Lester and Kimberly Ray Jessup both nominated this class as their favorite class this week. Sarah said this class is “perfect for moms who have just dropped kids off at college. (We have a few of those in our ClipOut team – we’re not crying, you’re crying!) Alex talks about taking a walk with his Mom and asking if she was okay. Of course this class also had Alex’s great sense of humor. It felt like taking a run with a friend (of course this friend happens to be significantly faster than me but was nice enough to run with me.)” Kimberly said she felt the same way saying walking and running with Alex was like “Hey man, thanks for taking it easy to run with me.”
2. Favorite Power Zone Ride
06/30/2025 45 Minute Powerzone Ride with Christine D’Ercole
Ute Fritzel (#MrsUte) loved this class, saying “Christine was so entertaining. You could literally feel her get going the longer the ride lasted. And she ended up in a super lovely giggling and dancing on the bike to the Scissor Sisters “Let’s Have a KIKI.” I really enjoyed this ride; I felt easy afterwards and happy.” A successful workout is one where you worked hard AND felt happy afterwards! Way to go Christine (and Ute).
3. Favorite Core Class
09/01/2025 15 Minute Core Strength with Tunde Oyeneyin
This class was nominated by Cristina Ribeiro (#LilPowerhouse), who said that “EVERYONE must try it – this class had three blocks of five minutes each of (1) hollow hold variations (2) obliques variations and (3) everyone’s favorite – the last five minutes were all planks!” Cristina said this class is “phenomenal for those who love core workouts and love seeing progress. Spoiler alert: Tunde admitted it’s her hardest core class so far – and I agree!”
4. Favorite Outdoor Run
03/05/2025 60 Minute Endurance Run with Matt Wilpers
Stephanie Latos discovered this run this week and nominated it as her favorite class. She said “Matt’s endurance runs make marathon training so fun and entertaining!” This class definitely has fun music from varying genres including, to name a few, artists like 50 Cent, Boston, Ricky Martin, and Ne-Yo. It has 48 minutes of running, striders, and jogs, along with a warm up and cool down. Get outside and enjoy this class before the cold weather settles in.
5. Favorite Unstackable Strength Class
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.
08/06/2025 30 Minute Pop Upper Body Strength with Robin Arzon
This class was nominated by Melissa Solin and its untstackable nature was confirmed by Stephanie Latos. Melissa said “[T]his might be the hardest upper body workout I’ve taken on Peloton. You need all the weights for drop sets. I had the 30’s out.” Stephanie said that she loved this class, also saying “I can attest I was sore for three days afterward!”
Thank you!
