TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (01/21/2026)

Last Updated: January 20, 2026By Tags:

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

  1. 01/19/2026 10 Minute Martin Luther King Jr Meditation with Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts
  2. 01/14/2026 30 Minute Yoga Flow with Zacharias Niedzwiecki
  3. 01/07/2026 10 Minute Glutes & Legs Strength with Robin Arzon
  4. 1/4/2026 45 Minute Power Zone Recovery Ride with Christian Vande Velde
  5. 01/17/2026 30 Minute Sprint Interval Run: Menopause Run with Susie Chan

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Meditation Class

01/19/2026 10 Minute Martin Luhter King Jr Meditation with Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts

When we posted about Peloton’s MLK Jr Day Classes, Jo Vogeli noted that as she was about to get on Tunde’s Ride, she began with Chelsea’s Meditation (which also featured Tunde as a guest). She gave it a “wow wow wow” rating, suggesting that  “anyone with any sense of human spirit should do this meditation ASAP. Chelsea knocked it out of the ballpark by quoting a few simple words.” I agree, and would add that it’s a very simple but layered moment. She helps you access Ahimsa, one of the Yoga Sutras that relates to non-violence or non-harming, but also offers a Metta-style “compassion for all beings” vibe that will be familiar to many Peloton meditators (and easy for newbies to understand). She leaves it open to you if you choose to ponder this about the world or about yourself.

2. Favorite Yoga Flow

01/14/2026 30 Minute Yoga Flow with Zacharias Niedzwiecki

I’m (#MinuteToSpinIt) nominating this surprisingly sweaty 20 minutes with Zacharias because it felt great and is very accessible. If you’ve been trying out the new instructors and felt a bit challenged by some of his complex and fast sequencing, this one is for you. It is noticeably less wrist-heavy than some of his other classes, and focuses instead on single leg balances (but in his own special way, which I loved). Even in a shorter class, he expertly combines fluidity with precision and I felt a little bit of Ross vibes in the cueing (which is a good thing IMO). I also like that Zacharias’ speaking cadence aligns with the movements once the flow picks up pace towards the end. These standing postures are getting me even more excited to see him begin teaching his kettlebell flows… we’re ready, Peloton, you said they would be coming in January! ;)

3. Favorite Strength Class

01/07/2026 10 Minute Glutes & Legs Strength with Robin Arzon

Sarah Lester nominates Robin’s Glutes and Legs Strength from 1/7/26 (the one with the bench). She “loved using the bench and it really increased the challenge of the workout. I’ve done it twice already and plan on repeating many more.” Sarah noted that she hopes they keep producing classes with the bench and we agree. What a great way to change things up!

4. Favorite Recovery Ride(s)

1/4/2026 45 Minute Power Zone Recovery Ride with Christian Vande Velde

Karen Smith loved CVV’s 45 Minute Power Zone Ride from 1/4/26, especially because it was mostly Zone 1 and a little Zone 2. She notes, “I love the longer recovery rides and his encouragement about going slow/not going hard is always great to hear. And his music selection is ‘chef’s kiss’.” I would add that if you know how hard he pushes during his challenging rides, it really is great to see him both endorse and demonstrate the importance of true recovery. And as an “honorable mention” this week, because recovery takes many forms, Christine Hebert- Teixeira nominated CDE’s 30 Minute Reflection Ride from 1/5/26 because her words really spoke to her in the rough patch she’s been in. We hear you!

5. Favorite Unstackable Run

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

01/17/2026 30 Minute Sprint Interval Run: Menopause Run with Susie Chan

Susie held Peloton’s first-ever SIT (Sprint Interval Training) Run during the Re-Spin x Peloton PRESS Study capstone event on January 17th at PSNY. Our Helper Bee Liz was there, and shared her first hand account of the day. If you missed it, catch up here! During this celebratory meetup, members had the opportunity to run with Susie who came from PSL to participate. And members who took the class from home said it did not disappoint!

Laura Paletta Hobbs first nominated it this week, sharing that her Strava caption read: “So so good!! Definitely bookmarked and ready to run on repeat! I felt powerful, running at speeds that I usually shy away from. Also ran considerably more of it (only walking the first minute of the recovery pace). The playlist was perfect for the target audience, too. Susie Chan — more of these, please!”

Daisymac and our own Crystal also loved this class, noting that the clear structure of the tough intervals coming helped to accommodate and prepare for the work (with the resting ratio). In this Run, unlike some of the more familiar SIT Rides that Christine has been doing, the “sprint” did not necessarily mean go all out, but this is a “yet” moment as we expect these Runs to become as challenging as the Rides. For more about what SIT training is and what its benefits are, check out this article.

If you haven’t explored the world of SIT, give it a try and see why it’s Unstackable!
