Why you loved them!Ā
Sometimes itās hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to ātake laterā), but these reviews make it easy! Hereās what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.Ā Ā
1. Favorite Peloton Yoga Class
5/15/2024 Creating Space Yin YogaĀ with Kirra Michel

This 20-minute yoga class had all the feels, was team-taught with Denis Morton,Ā and was a great way to startĀ Mental Health Awareness Month.Ā This is the first of Kirraās āCreating Spaceā series with classes that focus on stretching and resilience of both body and mind.Ā Kelly Quirk-Ceperley said that Kirraās āhonesty about living with depression was so refreshingā and Barbie Fisher agreed, saying Kirra was āso honest with her own mental health struggles.ā Ā Cortney Marisa said she hadnāt really connected with Kirra before as an instructor but she loved how honest and real Kirra was during this class. Ā This class definitely provides a great way to take care of both your body and your mind!
2. Favorite Peloton Ride
5/11/2024 Two for One Motherās Day Ride With Jess King and Robin Arzon

Who doesnāt love a two-fer, and especially when weāreĀ celebrating moms!Ā Danette Royal Giles said āthe playlist was perfect, featuring songs by and about mothers, the interaction between Robin and Jess was poignant without feeling performative, and it was also a serious workout.āĀ With songs like āI Love You Always Forever,ā āMan! I Feel Like a Womanā and āThis Girl is on Fire,ā the music in this class was very motivating, and Jess and Robinās banter was both fun and heartfelt.Ā Cortney Marisa loved this class too, saying ātwo beautiful mamas being honest, real, inspiring, and funny as hell.Ā I definitely want to retake it!ā Ā Melissa SmithĀ (#GingerLaughs) said āIt was fun, heartfelt, and a great workout!ā
3. Favorite Peloton Run
5/11/2024 EDM Run with Becs Gentry

Ā Tina Buan (#whatsupchknbutt) said this Saturday morning run was her favorite class this week.Ā She said she āwoke up feeling like not doing anything, but this class got me pumped.Ā Loved the playlist.Ā Thankful to Peloton for keeping me going.āĀ With nine separate running movements in the class and 45 minutes of great EDM music, try this class when you need a longer run and are feeling a bit less than enthused – you may just find your second wind!
4. Favorite Peloton Stretch ClassĀ
5/26/2021 Mood Full Body Stretch: Calm with Matty Maggiacomo

We sometimes donāt consider stretching our favorite, but a great stretch can improve your whole day!Ā Amanda Marie Morris said āI took this stretch with Matty and I just really needed it that day.Ā It was so soothing, comforting, and relaxing. It made me tear up!āĀ And as we all know, sometimes a good cry is what you need to get all the feels out.Ā This class included the amazing medley āOver the Rainbow/What A Wonderful Worldā by Israel Kamakawiwoāole and Mattyās trademark calmness, plus a fantastic full-body stretch.
5. Favorite Unstackable Peloton StrengthĀ
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listenersā Unstackable experiences.Ā Ā
5/12/2024 Sims60 Bootcamp with Jess Sims

I think we can all agree that stacking any Jess Sims class, especially a 60-minute class, would be very difficult! Ā Jessica Sanford said āIt is not for everyone because it was hard AF!Ā But I absolutely loved it!āĀ After a warm-up, this class included three full-body segments and three running segments, including a sprint and an uphill jog. Ā It all adds up to some serious strength and cardio together, leaving you with nothing more to give!Ā Ā
