Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite Peloton classes from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

  1. 1/2/24 60 min EDM Bike Bootcamp with Jess Sims
  2. 1/6/24 30 min Classic Rock Ride with Denis Morton
  3. 1/10/24 20 min Focus Flow: Glutes with Kristin McGee
  4. 1/11/24 20 min Premier Row with Becs Gentry
  5. 11/3/23 30 min House Ride with Jess King

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite, but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Peloton Bike Bootcamp

1/2/24 60 min EDM Bike Bootcamp with Jess Sims

Chelsea Schroeder loved this class not just for the workout, but for the heart Jess put into it. Jess was away from the studio following the recent sudden passing of her father, and all of our hearts go out to her as she continues to grieve. We hope her return to teaching has been a positive force for healing.

Chelsea shared: “If you know what Jess has been dealing with over the last month, this will give you all the feels. She gives several nods to her dad and her grieving. I was happy to see her back on the bike. Not her hardest class by any means but I really am happy there is a new 60 minute bike Boot Camp out!”

This class features music by Sia, David Guetta, Justin Bieber, and Erik Morillo. The class plan includes three ~10-minute cycling sections and two 13-minute full-body strength sections. The first strength sections include dumbbell pass-throughs, bridging clamshells, Arnold presses, and marching overhead carries. The second strength section is an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of single-leg tuckups, renegade rows, lateral lunges, swing cleans, and dumbbell thrusters.

Take this class the next time you are looking for a longer, well-rounded workout that won’t kill you, and give Jess a little love on her return to the studio!

2. Favorite Peloton Ride

1/6/24 30 min Classic Rock Ride with Denis Morton

Jerry Djam Miller (hopdjam) found a rock-music-lover’s treat of a class this week:

“My favorite class I took this past week was a 30 Min Classic Rock Ride with Denis Morton. I especially liked that the ride used the full album versions of the songs (longer). Good workout with classic tunes.”

Because the songs are longer, there are only five in this class—but they’re five good ones: L.A. Woman by The Doors, Can’t You Hear Me Knocking by The Rolling Stones, Life In The Fast Lane by The Eagles, Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Can’t You See by The Marshall Tucker Band.

The class plan alternates between intervals and climbs, so it’s sure to get your heart pumping. Unless you don’t want to—because Denis makes suggestions, and you make decisions!

3. Favorite Peloton Yoga

1/10/24 20 min Focus Flow: Glutes with Kristin McGee

Our listeners always tip us off to the best glutes classes, and Becky Kithcart Gomez just added this Focus Flow to the list of repeatables!

“Kristin McGee’s Focus flow for Glutes from 1/10/24 was so good,” she said. “It combined glute activation and stretching. Great for runners and riders!”

The class features music from Mumford & Sons, Aloe Blacc, and Maren Morris. For the main block of work, Kristin flows between Warrior 3, Warrior 2, Goddess Pose, and Half Moon Pose, all of which are sure to hone your glute and total lower body strength.

4. Favorite Peloton Row

1/11/24 20 min Premier Row with Becs Gentry

We shared last week that Becs was joining the PSNY Row team. Vanessa Favell Seitz (BritishV) took Becs’ premiere live Rowing class and loved it!

“The energy and support from the Becs Beasts was amazing and her energy and enthusiasm for the row was great,” she said. “Plus the class was good – she’s a good teacher and helped me with my form.”

The class includes music by Justin Bieber, Disclosure, Miley Cyrus, and Christina Aguilera. The class plan alternates mostly between easy and challenging, with a max effort finisher, and Becs’ energy and smile radiate through the entire class!

5. Favorite Peloton Unstackable Ride

11/3/23 30 min House Ride with Jess King

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

For this week’s Unstackable recommendation, we heard from Stephanie Latos: “Unstackable and so fun was Jess King’s 30 min house ride from 11/03/23. Lots of hills but killer playlist and vibes.”

This class does not mess around. Right out of the gate, you’re in climb after climb. And when you’re not climbing, you’re still grinding with intervals. There is only one short flat road easy moment with less than ten minutes left in the class, but Jess’ music and energy will make the time and pedals fly. If you are up for a super sweaty party on the Bike, give this class a try and let us know how it goes!

Thank you!
