Rebecca Kennedy’s New 3-Day Split and Joslyn Thompson-Rule’s Strength Team Debut on Peloton

Calling all Strength Training fans.  Peloton has some new content on tap this month, as well as a new Instructor to welcome to the Strength team.

Joslyn Thompson-Rule Joins the Strength Team

On July 19, Joslyn Thompson-Rule makes her debut on Peloton’s Strength Team with an exciting new collection for anyone who is new to strength training. Partnering with Matty, Joslyn introduces the Strength Basics collection. These 10-minute classes are perfect for breaking down foundational moves, helping both newcomers and experienced lifters perfect their form.

Joslyn, already known for her expertise on the Tread, brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to the Strength Team. Her Strength Basics classes will focus on essential techniques that form the backbone of effective strength training. By mastering these basics, Peloton Members can improve their overall performance and reduce the risk of injury.  After all, form is key!

Starting July 26, Peloton Members have the opportunity to take their strength training to the next level with Rebecca Kennedy’s new 3-day intermediate Split Program. This program is designed to leverage heavier weights, focusing on hypertrophy to increase muscle strength and size.
