The Peloton German Cross Training Program Instructor Roster… and a Question
Every member of Peloton’s German coaching team is part of the Peloton German cross training program. At Peloton Studios London we’ll see Erik Jäger, Marcel Maurer, Charlotte Weidenbach, Assal Arian, Jeffrey McEachern, Mayla Wedekind, Benny Adami, Mila Lazar, and Cliff Dwenger. Then out of Peloton Studios New York, we’ll have yoga instructor Nico Sarani. That is the complete German instructor roster, spanning cycling, running, and strength.
But wait… the English version will likely include Row classes, according to the visuals in Peloton’s teaser on Instagram. Does this mean that one of the German instructors is about to become a Row instructor too?
What the Live Cross Training Program Is
Peloton’s Live Cross Training Program is a new four-week training plan that covers multiple disciplines (cycling, running, rowing, and strength) with live and on-demand classes five days per week. The program is built around the idea that training across modalities produces better results than focusing on a single one, with workouts designed to build strength, speed, and endurance together.

Two Weeks Behind the English Launch
The Peloton German cross training program drops April 27. It will the same structure as the English version, but with the full German instructor team leading the programming. The two-week stagger follows the pattern Peloton has used for other content releases, giving German-language members access to the same structured programming shortly after English speakers receive it.
What German Members Can Expect Starting April 27
Four weeks, five days a week, all 10 German instructors. The Peloton German cross training program is among the most ambitious localized programming efforts Peloton has produced for its German community. Members can look for live class announcements from the German instructor team in the weeks leading up to the April 27 launch date.
