Celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month

Peloton has been celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month all May and, today, with World Meditation Day upon us, they’ve introduced a curated playlist on Spotify called “Mindful Music.” This playlist, assembled by Peloton instructors, aims to support your mental and emotional well-being.

The “Mindful Music” playlist features 76 songs, for a total of 4 hours and 30 minutes of listening time. From the soothing melodies of Ed Sheeran and Lauren Daigle to the unexpected beats of Megan Thee Stallion and Lil’ Jon, there鈥檚 something for everyone, and every mood.
