The attacks have resulted in the loss of lives and destruction of property, causing great pain and tragedy for many families and communities affected. As the world mourns for those who have lost their lives, it is important to take time to acknowledge the pain and suffering of the people affected by this terrible tragedy.

Violence Against Innocent Civilians is Heartbreaking

In a statement on their Instagram page, the company recognized that violence against innocent civilians, regardless of their background, is heartbreaking. They stated their desire to hold space for themselves and each other to acknowledge the pain and trauma suffered by many in the wake of these attacks.

Peloton’s Global Peace Meditation

The Global Peace Meditation, which will be led by Anna Greenberg, a certified meditation coach, will be held for 10 minutes on Thursday, October 12 at 8 am ET and 1 pm BST. The meditation will provide an opportunity for individuals around the world to come together in solidarity and support for those impacted by the recent terrorist attacks in Israel. Peloton has made the class free and open to everyone, regardless of whether they are a Peloton member or not.

The Power of Meditation in Times of Crisis
