Peloton Row Bootcamp

New Program Alert! Peloton’s You Can Row Bootcamp

Peloton Members who love Rowing and Strength Training but have never felt confident enough to combine the two in a Row Bootcamp are in luck today!  On January 26, 2024, Peloton announced the launch of the new You Can Row Bootcamp Program.

In this 2 week program, Members will be guided through classes to help build the foundation they need to strongly and confidently take on any of the Row bootcamps that are available on the Peloton platform.  The program will take Members through 4 classes a week, varying in length from 10-30 minutes, for a total of 14 classes over the course of two weeks.

Surprise!  There Are Some New Faces Near That Rower

Within the announcement Reel posted to the Peloton Studios Instagram Page, keen-eyed observers are likely to notice that it’s not just Peloton’s two dedicated Row Bootcamp instructors, Katie Wang and Adrian William, involved in this new program.  Jess Sims, Callie Gullickson and Rad Lopez were also featured in teaser clips.  Will we see stand-alone Row Bootcamps with any or all of these Instructors in the future?  That remains to be seen, but Jess and Callie are certainly no strangers to multi-modality bootcamps.  With this particular program however, Jess, Callie and Rad are only teaching strength and not rowing.  But still, it is nice to see these instructors involved in a Rowing atmosphere!

Where to Find It

As with all programs you’ll find the You Can Row Bootcamp program within the Program category under the Classes tab of your tablet or your app.  And, as it is a program, you do have to opt in and you do have to complete it in the allotted time, just like all Peloton programs.

Will you be counting yourself in?
