Listeners’ Hardest Peloton Classes of 2025: Best of TCO Top 5 Unstackables
Sometimes you don’t want a warm-up—you want one of the hardest Peloton classes imaginable, the kind that leaves you in a sweaty heap questioning your life choices and immediately canceling the rest of your stack…and maybe the rest of your day. Around here, we call those classes Unstackable, and nothing brings us more joy than hearing our listeners’ “why did I do this?” stories.
This year, we’re rounding up every single Unstackable from 2025. Whether you need to rage it out, chase a puddle-making sweat, or simply test the outer limits of your physical and emotional resilience, this list delivers it all. Each entry includes the class, the original TCO Top 5 date (linked, in case you decide to bail out at the last minute and need a different class), and exactly why listeners deemed it Unstackable. Bookmarking is strongly encouraged. Stacking? Proceed entirely at your own risk.

Christian Vande Velde – 11/17/2024 – 45 Minutes – Power Zone
Featured in TCO Top 5: January 22, 2025
Take the Class: 11/17/2024 45 Minute Power Zone Classic Rock Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: Thom Gilday said “it was a perfect mix of Zone 6 for 1 minute followed by Zone 2 for 4 minutes, repeated 6 times. It’s a hard ride but VERY achievable. Great music to boot!”
Olivia Amato – 100/4/2021 – 30 Minutes – Tabata
Featured in TCO Top 5: February 12, 2025
Take the Class: 30 min Tabata Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: If you want to push your limits and maybe see your life flash before your eyes in the span of a half an hour, Karen Smith tells us that this 30 minute Tabata Ride with Olivia was UNSTACKABLE! Karen says that this ride is “typical tabata format, but she kept the resistance high with cadence pushes. I had planned a short 5 minute core class after but could not bring myself to do it after this. Worth going back into the archives for it!” From the looks of the photo, it definitely looks like the Glitter Assassin means business!
Alex Toussaint – 02/10/2025 – 30 Minutes – Super Hero Ride
Featured in TCO Top 5: February 19, 2025
Take the Class: 02/10/2025 30 Minute Super Hero Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: As Michael S. Davern said when he nominated this class, “Over 52,000 can’t be wrong.” This class was a great way to celebrate the newest Marvel movie, but it was more than just a fun, themed class. Michael provided a great summary, saying the ride “had star power, with Anthony Mackie, the current Captain America, riding alongside and being occasionally interviewed by Alex. What a tough class. The warm up started out with a resistance in the 40s and never really backed down from there. Anthony was surprisingly good on the bike, matching Alex stride for stride. I’ve been riding for 5 years and I rarely get to 70 cadence while standing up and Anthony was right there from the jump. Impressive. Lots of motivation offered from both Alex and Anthony. Another great example of what this platform can do… fun, tough ride.” Low of 49 and high of 70 cadence? That definitely sounds unstackable – try this when you’re ready to truly train like a superhero!
Jess King – 01/21/2020 – 45 Minutes – Classic Rock Ride
Featured in TCO Top 5: February 25, 2025
Take the Class: 01/21/20 45 Minute Classic Rock Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: David Stember nominated this ride, saying “I am a believer now. Jess King definitely killed Big!! It all makes sense now. It’s rare that I encounter something totally new that brings me back to the first time I rode a Peloton (sweat, endorphins, music, joy). This class has got it. It’s killer, set list is awesome and I have no idea how I looked past Jess King for so many years. Wow. Just don’t expect to walk for the rest of the day. Might not operate any heavy machinery either. Apologies to my wife; I definitely don’t have the energy to empty the dishwasher. Unstackable!” Note: as this is an older ride, it may be subject to Peloton’s rolling purge so take it sooner rather than later.
Matt Wilpers – 02/01/2025 – 60 Minutes – Power Zone
Featured in TCO Top 5: March 19,2025
Take the Class: 02/01/2025 60 Minute Power Zone Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: Karen Smith took this ride and loved it but also found it to be sneaky challenging! Karen said this ride was “awesome! Once the warmup was done it was a zone 2 class all the way through BUT with cadence intervals. Every song had a beat of at least 85 so the legs were flying and the sweat was pouring. Great class!” The playlist in this ride really is fire – a great compilation of some of the best pop music!
Sam Yo – 4/7/2025 – 45 Minutes – HIIT & Hills
Featured in TCO Top 5: April 15, 2025
Take the Class: 04/07/2025 45 Minute HIIT & Hills Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: Karen Bensley provides her unstackable of the week and tells us the following: “a well-structured class with carefully crafted HIIT intervals and hills, paired with motivating music, and excellently coached by Sam.” This was “perfection in a challenging way – including 27 intervals.” This one has some great tracks from Linkin Park, Lady Gaga, and One Republic, among others.
Christian Vande Velde – 06/02/2025 – 45 Minutes – HIIT Training
Featured in TCO Top 5: April 23, 2025
Take the Class: 06/02/2024 45 Minute Pro Cyclist: HIIT Training
Why It’s Unstackable: Christian’s rides are few and far between but they’re all so challenging. This one is no exception, and Jason Soffer’s description of this ride made it clear that this ride could definitely be unstackable! Jason said “the zone one to zone five alternatives with increasing levels of duration was just absolutely intense. I hated it while I was doing it, but I loved it afterwards.” At least this class has a fun and varied playlist which provides a great distraction from the intensity of the workout.
Robin Arzón – 04/03/2025 – 30 Minutes – Tabata
Featured in TCO Top 5: April 28, 2025
Take the Class: 4/3/25 30 Minute Tabata Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: Rated by The Clip Out Community as one of those “unstackable” classes, this session brought the heat with intense, heart-pounding Tabata intervals that demanded everything you had. Robin’s guidance turned it into more than just a workout—it was a test of your grit and determination.
Angie Mitchell couldn’t say it better when she shared, “this playlist was fire!” With tracks from artists like Doechii fueling the ride, the music added an electrifying pulse that made those PR-breaking efforts feel unstoppable. Each beat matched the energy of the ride, pushing you to dig deeper with every interval.
Emma Lovewell – 06/08/2025 – 30 Minutes – 90s Rock Ride
Featured in TCO Top 5: June 11, 2025
Take the Class: 06/08/2025 30 Minute 90s Rock Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: Kristi Smalley nominated this ride, saying it was “fantastic. I found it more challenging than the 7.6 rating, but maybe it was because I was tired. Killer playlist, though!” We agree – this ride has fantastic songs from artists like Beck, The Foo Fighters, and Collective Soul. The playlist nicely distracts you from the fact that the entire ride involves alternating between intervals and climbs, with no relief in between.
Christine D’Ercole – 02/07/2021 – 60 Minutes – Climb Ride
Featured in TCO Top 5: July 23, 2025
Take the Class: 02/07/2021 60 Minute Climb Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: Karen Mazich dug this ride out of the archives and told us all about it! Karen said that this ride was unstackable, as it has “inclines with higher cadences. I may have sworn a time or two but I did end up with my highest output ever in a 60 minute class. Definitely pushed me to my limits!”
Ben Alldis – 07/27/2025 – 120 Minutes – Power Zone Endurance Ride
Featured in TCO Top 5: August 6, 2025
Take the Class: 07/27/2025 120 Minute Power Zone Endurance Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: Cheri Lacey Sullivan told us this class definitely left her in a puddle! She said the class was “tough but amazing! I was dripping in sweat and with twenty minutes left, my legs were already hurting. Ben knew what to play to get us to the end – Tina Turner (The Best), Bon Jovi (Living on a Prayer) and Queen (We Will Rock You!”
Multiple Instructors – 08/11/2025 – 120 Minutes – Global Power Zone Ride
Features in TCO Top 5: August 11, 2025
Take the Class: 11/16/2024 120 Minute Global Power Zone Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: Karen Smith nominated this class, saying “Don’t skip out on the 120 minute Global Power Zone ride from 11/16/2024! All zones 2 and 3 but this class had me in a sweaty heap by the end. I liked the continuous banter across all the instructors, and it’s a great way to try out different ones that you don’t usually ride with. Lots of focus on nutrition throughout the ride, showing not only its importance in general but especially on these long rides. This was definitely unstackable, as I wasn’t doing ANYTHING afterwards!”
Benny Adami – 08/24/2025 – 60 Minutes – 80s Ride
Featured in TCO Top 5: August 27, 2025
Take the Class: 08/24/2025 60 Minute 80s Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: Sanna Rautiainen-Printezi told us that this ride was unstackable! In addition to being a 60 minute ride (a feat in and of itself), Sanna said “the class plan was excellent and the playlist was fun, but at the end I felt like I had given everything I had. Great ride!” This class has a lot of intervals and a lot of climbs mixed with relatively short recovery segments.
Hannah Frankson – 09/19/2025 – 45 Minutes – HIIT and Hills Ride
Featured in TCO Top 5: September 24, 2025
Take the Class: 09/19/2025 45 Minute HIIT and Hills Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: Michael S. Davern recommended this ride and his description clearly screams “unstackable.” Michael said this class has “something like 20 1:1 repeats, and the final 10 were TABATA, 20 on and 10 off, plus a few hills thrown in for ‘fun.’ Hanna said, and I quote, that she was “not being fun today.“ My legs were like jelly when done…but a nice jelly.”
Jenn Sherman – 10/12/2025 – 60 Minutes – Classic Rock Ride
Featured on TCO Top 5: October 15, 2025
Take the Class: 10/12/2025 60 Minute Classic Rock Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: David put a new spin (see what we did there?) on “unstackable,” saying he it was unstackable “not because it was hard, but because it was perfect. In a word: JOY. Great music, great instruction, not too hard, not too slow. A perfect 60 minute ride. Why would you stack something upon perfection? Get off the bike, pet your dog, drink wine and smile. Be happy; you live in a world that includes Jenn Sherman.” That gives us all the feels, David! This ride was also nominated as Robin Rodensky’s favorite class this week, who said she “loved the playlist! But I also loved her back 9 vibe. If you aren’t familiar with it, Jenn is 57 and is advocating for us on the back 9 (I’m 71) by explaining we are no longer chasing PRs but instead should be doing exercises that will help us with balance and longevity. Robin and Olivia may have motivated me previously but now I prefer metrics that are good for me.” Aimee Segal also enjoyed the playlist from this ride, which she said kept her motivated. Finally, Beth Kaufman Brody (#LoveMyRide) also loved this ride, saying it was “perfection on a Sunday morning – 60 minutes of head clearing, happiness inducing to start the week!”
Jenn Sherman – 09/07/2025 – 45 Minutes – Yacht Rock Ride
Featured on TCO Top 5: October 29, 2025
Take the Class: 09/07/2025 45 Minute Yacht Rock Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: staceyvolanto tells us Jenn “gets your heart rate up without you even realizing it”. With songs from The Doobie Brothers, REO Speedwagon and Toto you will be singing along, until you realize the class has become UNSTACKABLE with so many jogs, intervals and climbs.
Christine D’Ercole – 10/28/2025 – 75 Minutes – Independence Class, Part 2
Featured on TCO Top 5: November 5, 2025
Take the Class: 10/28/2025 75 MInute Climb: Independence Class Part 2
Why It’s Unstackable: Jen Kern nominated this very long class as an unstackable! Jen said this is “a tough one but very well coached. Christine did insta stories before this class telling people to make sure they eat well before and have snacks during and lots of hydration.” With 75 minutes of “challenging terrain,” after a fifteen minute warmup, you’re in for a long and unforgiving ride!”
Sam Yo – 11/09/2025 – 45 Minutes – Power Zone Max Ride
Featured on TCO Top 5: November 26, 2025
Take the Class: 11/09/2025 45 Minute Power Zone Max Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: Sonya Norman told us this class is unstackable, and her description of it definitely supports her nomination. Sonya said that “all of the intervals alternate zone 6 and zone 1 for 30 seconds. There were times I wasn’t sure I had another 30 seconds left in me. Sam’s calm way of coaching and motivating definitely helps you get through it. The music helped too because of how well his playlists complement the structure of his rides. He described it as ‘songs you’d want to sing along to…if you weren’t so out of breath.’ My favorite part was when he played the Avengers Unite theme after the warm up right before the intervals started.”
Christian Vande Velde – 11/17/2024 – 45 Minutes – Real Routes: Road to Hana
Featured on TCO Top 5: December 10, 2025
Take the Class: 11/17/2024 45 Minute Real Routes: Road to Hana Ride
Why It’s Unstackable: Cynthia M. Campbell nominated this ride, saying “that ride almost took me out.” (You can’t get more unstackable than that!) Cynthia explained “I wanted to barf during the final two minutes. I enjoyed the ride because it was challenging.” Good for you, Cynthia (the embracing challenge part, not the being sick part). Don Rudee seconded this and said “I really enjoyed Christian’s ‘color commentary’ during the ride. He has actually done the real ride a few times. Now I want to go to Maui!” Don also said he was “more than working hard” on this ride, and that when Christian said to ride at Zone 1, he thought (or hoped) that Christian said “stop pedaling.”

Olivia Amato – 06/24/2020 – 30 Minutes – New Tracks Run
Featured on TCO Top 5: January 15, 2025
Take the Class: 06/24/2020 30 Minute New Tracks Run
Why It’s Unstackable: Tami Armstrong nominated this run – she said it is challenging enough to be unstackable, although she didn’t know that before she took the class and she ended up stacking it at the end of a New Tracks Row and Ride (stacking a row, a ride, and and Olivia run – just the thought of it makes me tired, Tami!). This was a “run from home” class (remember when we got to see the inside of the instructors’ apartments because they couldn’t make it to the studio – thanks Covid – oh, and since we’re snooping around Olivia’s house, check out her wall of shoes….) Tami said “I am a slow runner but managed to chase and beat my PR on this run with Olivia’s coaching.” She also was “blown away that Olivia managed to braid her ponytail mid-run.” That’s multi-tasking at its finest, for sure.
Becs Gentry – 03/01/2025 – 60 Minutes – Intervals Run
Features in TCO Top 5: From March 5, 2025
Take the Class: 03/01/2025 60 Minute Intervals Run
Why It’s Unstackable: This run was nominated by oliverjlong. Oliver said this class had “Five intervals with challenging, hard and very hard paces with some disgusting (that’s the second time we’ve seen that word today!) inclines thrown in. This was a great class for anyone with spring races in mind and definitely one to push yourself to and get some miles on your legs. An eclectic mix of music combined with Becs’ experience as a runner made this a great class but definitely not one to do as a stack!”
Susie Chan – 03/23/2025 – 120 Minutes – Pop Run
Featured on TCO Top 5: March 26, 2025
Take the Class: 3/23/25 120 minute Pop Run
Why It’s Unstackable: Oliver Long (#Oliver_Long) nominated this class, telling us “Class of the week has to be Susie’s 120 minute run live from London. 5 x 20 minute running intervals with short breaks in between, a punchy pop playlist and Susie’s easy coaching style made this a perfect class to get some serious miles in your legs and great for anyone with their eyes set on a spring distance race. Definitely not a class to stack. You might even describe it as….” We’ll finish that sentence for you, Oliver. Unstackable.
Mariana Fernández – 05/18/2025 – 30 Minutes – Progression Run
Featured on TCO Top 5: May 21, 2025
Take the Class: 5/18/2025 30-minute Progression Run
Why It’s Unstackable: This week’s Unstackable goes to Mariana Fernández’s 30-minute Progression Run from 5/18/25, nominated by Rich Glass. “I did it live—it was a hard but fun class,” he said, and if you’ve ever taken a progression run, you know exactly what he means. The steady speed increases sneak up on you, and by the final minutes, you’re questioning all your life choices (in the best way). This is one of those classes where stacking anything afterward sounds like a certified bad idea. Take it, love it, then lie down.
Alex Toussaint – 05/23/2025 – 30 Minutes – Intervals Run
Features on TCO Top 5: May 28,2025
Take the Class: 05/23/2025 30 Minute Intervals Run
Why It’s Unstackable: Melissa Giles-Hanwacker recommended this class, saying “it was perfection.” Melissa pointed out that the class was challenging, but “the time goes by so fast that you don’t realize how hard you are working until the class is done.”
Matt Wilpers – 06/11/2025 – 10 Minutes – Extra 10: Free Mode
Featured on TCO Top 5: June 18, 2025
Take the Class: 6/11/25 Extra 10: Free Mode Running with Matt Wilpers
Why It’s Unstackable: Sarah Lester nominated these classes, which are only available on the Tread+ and therefore cannot be linked, as her favorite unstackable classes. She said “Don’t get me wrong. I’m happy they are here and l like them being stand alone as opposed to incorporated into a class. I added the Andy Speer class at the end of a 30 minute run. It was HARD!! I had forgotten how hard free mode is. By the time it was done, doing a 5 minute cooldown walk was hard. I’ll be doing these classes on a regular basis.” Free mode classes allow you to run using the power of your body to move the machine, without the use of the motor.
Mariana Fernández – 06/28/2025 – 60 Minutes – Intervals Run
Featured on TCO Top 5: July 2, 2025
Take the Class: 06/28/2025 60 Minute Intervals Run
Why It’s Unstackable: Courtney Fields recommended this run, saying “Mariana covered Becs’ saturday morning slot and it was awesome! The structure was perfect and the playlist was great. The moderate and challenging efforts stay the same length, but the hard efforts get longer with each round. I’d mark it down as an Unstackable. I had planned to do another 20 minutes after that one, but once I finished Mariana’s run, I was done!”
Mariana Fernández – 12/13/2025 – 45 Minutes – Taylor Swift The Eras Tour
Featured on TCO Top 5: December 17, 2025
Take the Class: 12/13/2025 45 Minute Taylor Swift The Eras Tour Run
Why It’s Unstackable: Oliver Long raved about this run, saying, “A fun mix of incline, endurance, and interval efforts. Mariana shares her love for Taylor Swift’s music and plays some of her biggest unedited hits from across the years. It’s a must for Swifties!” Oliver also adds, “To fellow middle aged UK (uck) runners it should be noted that a Swiftie in this context is a Taylor Swift fan and not what you say when you only have time for a quick post-work pint.”
Bike Bootcamp
Jess Sims – 11/19/2024 – 45 Minutes – Bike Bootcamp
Featured on TCO Top 5: July 16, 2025
Take the Class: 11/19/2024 45 Minute Bike Bootcamp
Why It’s Unstackable: Julie Goldman Egleston’s review of this class clearly made it seem unstackable! Julie said “probably any 45 to 60 minute class is unstackable but I recently took Jess Sims’ 45 minute bike bootcamp from November 29, 2024 and it kicked my butt! Just stretching after this class took energy I didn’t think I had left. We had to do a full minute of burpees at the very end, which after 44 minutes was a massive challenge!”
Tread Bootcamp
Jess Sims – 04/06/2025 – 60 Minutes – Pop Bootcamp
Featured on TCO Top 5: April 9, 2025
Take the Class: 04/06/2025 Sims 60 Pop Tread Bootcamp
Why It’s Unstackable: Grace West picked for her favorite class this week Jess Sims’ Pop Tread Bootcamp from 4/6/25. She shares, “this was my first Sims60 since having my baby 4 months ago. Jess tailored the class for all levels and gave a wide speed range. This made the class very approachable. She also had a good message about appreciating the body you have today. I left the class feeling strong, confident and felt like my old self again. Highly recommend!”
Row Bootcamp
Katie Wang – 04/15/2025 – 45 Minutes – Row Bootcamp
Featured on TCO Top 5: June 5, 2025
Take the Class: 04/15/2025 45 Minute Row
Why It’s Unstackable: This row was recommended by Melissa Solin, and it sounds unstackable to us. Melissa said it was a “challenging mix of intervals and strength with human makers to finish it up.” Don’t let Katie’s sweet-looking pink outfit fool you – this class was rated a difficulty of 7.8 out of 10. It uses light, medium, and heavy dumbbells for the strength portion, and the rowing portions include multiple max and challenging effort blocks. The rower already provides a full body workout, and adding strength portions takes you to the next level!
Strength
Andy Speer – 11/24/2025 – 60 Minutes – Total Body
Featured on TCO Top 5: January 1, 2025
Take the Class: 11/24/2024 Full Body Strength
Why It’s Unstackable: Cortney Marisa nominated this class. As we all know, Andy’s classes, and especially his full body strength classes, are always very challenging. But this one added a new component – offset loading. Cortney said “I’ve taken a bunch of Andy’s strength classes, but this one was a bit of a mindfu*k (hope the children were out of the room). Andy used the concept of offset loading where you put different weights in each h and for a deceptively hard workout. Music was on-point, with each song on the playlist better than the last. I loved this class, but I wasn’t prepared to have to use my whole brain so early in the morning to keep my body balanced with one heavy and one lighter weight.” If you’re looking to challenge your body and your mind, this is the perfect class!
Jess Sims – Day 1, 3-Day Split – 45 Minutes – Upper Body Push
Featured on TCO Top 5: January 28, 2025
Take the Class: Day 1 of the Three Day Intermediate Split with Jess Sims
Why It’s Unstackable: Karen Smith nominated this upper body push class and her first words about it were “Holy Cow.” Karen said “of course Jess would do a split that’s all 45 minute classes. She coaches to progressive loading but also has increasing rest periods.” Karen pointed out that this class had no cardio, only heavy lifting to get to muscle fatigue, and that she will definitely be repeating this “excellent program.” Remember, you no longer have to take an entire Program in order to access a single class within the program.
Rebecca Kennedy – 02/02/2025 – 20 Minutes – Arms & Shoulders
Featured on TCO Top 5: February 5, 2025
Take the Class: 02/02/2025 20 Minute Arms and Shoulders Strength
Why It’s Unstackable: This class came from Helper Bee Tina (#tinaspinnereena). She wanted a quick upper body class because she was short on time and feeling a bit under the weather. “I should have known that it’s impossible for Rebecca to program strength classes that are “a quick, light twenty minutes.” The warmup includes a full minute of holding medium weights straight above your head while marching. Rebecca then moves into three rounds of EMOMs that include four different moves – with three tricep pushups at the end of each EMOM. “This class left my arms like jelly, and twenty minutes was more than enough, but the time flew by because the variety of moves definitely kept my brain busy. Even the warm up had some unusual moves that helped keep me focused!”
Adrian Williams – 11/22/2024 – 30 Minutes – Glutes & Legs
Featured on TCO Top 5: April 2, 2025
Take the Class: 11/22/2024 30 Minute Glutes and Legs
Why It’s Unstackable: Katie Bromley nominated this class as her favorite, and as definitely unstackable. Katie said “this class had me in a puddle by the end. It started off with a nice little warm up and then lunges upon lunges. If you are looking for a leg class to punish….I mean push yourself, this is the one.” Of course, Adrian makes it look easy – but we are guessing he might not have even stacked anything else after this class!
Olivia Amato – 04/29/2025 – 20 Minutes – Arms & Shoulders
Featured on TCO Top 5: May 7, 2025
Take the Class: 04/29/2025 20 Minute Arms & Shoulders
Why It’s Unstackable: This class uses “only” light and medium dumbbells (and believe me, you’ll be happy if you err on the lighter side when selecting them). Olivia sneaks in a lot of pushups (you know, as a fun warmup!) before really blasting through the class with three rounds each of arnold presses, tricep push downs, and bicep curls – but wait, there’s more! How about some front raises, lateral raises, overhead presses, and wide grips! Oh, and you’re on your knees for pretty much everything, which means you can’t use your leg strength at all to help you.
Ben Alldis – Day 1, 4 Day Intermediate Split – 30 Minutes – Upper Body Push
Featured on TCO Top 5: From June 25, 2025
Take the Class: Navigate to Programs and search for Ben’s 4 Day Intermediate Split
Why It’s Unstackable: Karen Smith found this split class to be unstackable! Karen said “I just took Ben’s day 1 upper body push from his intermediate split. I didn’t think this was a hypertrophy program, but it is! Day 1 week 1 and my shoulders are DEAD, chest is on fire, and I’m crying like a baby. Someone send help. Can’t wait for tomorrow’s leg/core day.” Let us know how the rest of the split classes work out for you Karen, once you can move around a bit!
Note: Peloton has updated access to Split and other programs so they are now available only on Peloton equipment (including the Guide). These programs are no longer accessible via web browsers or Smart TV apps, which means we’re unable to provide a direct link to this class.
Tunde Oyeneyin – 06/25/25 – 10 Minutes – Arms & Weights
Featured on TCO Top 5: July 9, 2025
Take the Class: 10 Minute Brittany Spears Arms & Weights Class
Why It’s Unstackable: Note that this says “Arms & Weights,” not “Arms & Light Weights.” We’ve never used “Tunde” and “light weights” in the same sentence, and this class is no exception! Nicole MacLennan loved this class and her description made it sound unstackable, especially if you follow Tunde’s weight suggestions. Nicole pointed out that this class is “deceptive because it is listed as ‘arms and weights’ but Tunde challenges you to go heavier! Tunde always brings fun energy and a tough workout and this class was no exception! Just beware – you’re not going to be using the three pound dumbbells for this one!”
Joslyn Thompson Rule – Day 1, Split + Walk Program – 30 Minutes – Upper Body Pull + Walk
Featured on TCO Top 5: July 30, 2025
Take the Class: Day 1 of the Split+Walk program with Joslyn Thompson Rule
Why It’s Unstackable: Karen Smith is an overachiever this week, recommending the outdoor run club run (for fun) and this strength + walk class (for questioning your choices). Karen said this class was “so good! It’s been a hot minute since I really felt my sides being sore but this class did it. Tall kneeling side bends sneak up on you!”
Note: Peloton has updated access to Split and other programs so they are now available only on Peloton equipment (including the Guide). These programs are no longer accessible via web browsers or Smart TV apps, which means we’re unable to provide a direct link to this class.
Hannah Corbin – 08/01/2025 – 30 Minutes – Barre Sculpt
Featured on TCO Top 5: September 17, 2025
Take the Class: 08/01/2025 30 Minute Barre Sculpt
Why It’s Unstackable: Roberta Trujillo Hupp (#BearDownBerta) loved this class, saying “Wooza [her words, not ours but we love it!!] lots of sweat from this class. Props used were ankle weights, hand weights and yoga block. Such a great low impact workout that will leave you sweaty.”
Adrian Williams – 07/26/2025 – 45 Minutes – Full Body

Take the Class: 07/26/2025 45 Minute Full Body Strength Class
Why It’s Unstackable: Ilea Shuba Eckhardt took this class and said the class “kicked my butt in the best way. I had planned to hop on the bike afterwards for a ride but my muscles were all like nope!”
Robin Arzón – 08/06/2025 – 30 Minutes – Upper Body

Take the Class: 08/06/2025 30 Minute Pop Upper Body Strength
Why It’s Unstackable: This class was nominated by Melissa Solin and its Untstackable nature was confirmed by Stephanie Latos. Melissa said “[T]his might be the hardest upper body workout I’ve taken on Peloton. You need all the weights for drop sets. I had the 30’s out.” Stephanie said that she loved this class, also saying “I can attest I was sore for three days afterward!”
Katie Wang – 10/15/2025 – 30 Minutes – Kettlebells
Featured on TCO Top 5: October 22, 2025
Take the Class: 10/15/2025 30 Minute Kettlebell Strength
Why It’s Unstackable: Katie can turn something sweet into something vicious, and she’s done that in this unstackable kettlebell strength class, according to liznikol, who said this class was “Killer! I have been taking these classes since the inception and the instructors keep adding new, interesting and challenging moves and combos. Thai class had killer curtsy lunges and a march holding the kettlebell upside down overheard…great move for grip strength! Even if you don’t have kettlebells, you can absolutely use dumbbells – there was no swinging. Additionally, a pair of bells was not required for this class… just singles. It was a solid strength class with a full body focus, including core…I was sweating at the end.”
Robin Arzón – 10/14/2025 – 20 Minutes – Core
Featured on TCO Top 5: November 12, 2025
Take the Class: 10/14/2025 20 Minute Core Strength
Why It’s Unstackable: Hillary LaMay (#Hillary LaMay) nominated this class – if you thought classes involving a foam roller involve recovery, this class will make you think again – in fact Hillary’s description made us pick this class as our unstackable this week. Hillary said this “is the class your deep core didn’t know it needed! Have yoga blocks on hand for spicy plank pikes. It feels like doing Pilates on a reformer, but without the machine. The roller creates instability so your deep core has to work harder. This activates your pelvic floor powerhouse and obliques (the “corset muscles”) for functional strength and posture improvement. You get long, controlled movements that sculpt without impact, and built-in muscle release. Robins’ cues are clear, the sequencing is smart, and her foam rolling core classes are beginner-friendly, but surprisingly tough. Find them under Collections – Foam Roller Core!”
Rebecca Kennedy – 09/15/2025 – 30 Minutes – Power Pilates
Featured on TCO Top 5: December 3, 2025
Take the Class: 9/15/2025 30 Minute Pilates: Power
Why It’s Unstackable: Clipout Helper Bee Liz Nicol (#JustAskForHelp) told us that this class is unstackable: with Rebecca Kennedy at the helm, that’s not surprising! Liz said: “I take Pilates 1-2 times per week, but had never tried a power class. This was a true full body workout with a squishy ball. Movements were much quicker. RK had push ups, bear planks, side teasers, rollovers… I was spent at the end and the ball absolutely increased the intensity in every exercise. Hardest Pilates class to date. Definitely unstackable. Great for people who love body weight classes!”
Yoga
Anna Greenberg – 08/18/2025 – 30 Minutes – Yoga + Pilates
Featured on TCO Top 5: October 8, 2025
Take the Class: 08/18/2025 Yoga+Pilates Class
Why It’s Unstackable: Laura Corcoran(NJxrayrider10) took this class on a low impact day and said she was “spent” afterwards. She said that the “side plank section was another level.” Members are loving these yoga+pilates classes, which combine oh so important stretching with the strength building benefit of pilates, especially as an alternate to traditional core exercises. The pool of sweat sneaks up on your while Anna remains a calm strong instructor to keep your mind relaxed through it all.
Sleep Meditation (yes, you read that right)
Denis Morton – 07/27/2025 – 30 Minutes – Sleep Meditation
Featured on TCO Top 5: October 1, 2025
Take the Class (in bed): 07/27/2025 30 Minute Sleep Meditation
Why It’s Unstackable: Debra Mericantante Anzalone nominated this class as one of her favorites this week, and since no one nominated an unstackable class this week, we ran with it! Debra said “[w]hat a beautiful voice to fall asleep with!” Denis does have a fantastic and soothing voice – make sure you’re where you plan on being for a good eight hours once you start this meditation! 30 minutes of gently drifting off to la la land! You can’t stack it if you’re in a deep, deep sleep!
And there you have it—the hardest, sweatiest, most soul-testing Unstackables our listeners survived in 2025. These classes are not for the faint of heart, the over-scheduled, or anyone with plans immediately afterward. If you tackle one (or somehow more than one), we salute you—and we absolutely want to hear about it. Until next year: hydrate aggressively, stretch often, and remember… some classes are Unstackable for a reason.
What are the hardest Peloton classes that you’ve taken? If you’ve taken one that you barely survived, we want to hear about it! Nominate it for the Unstackable of the week every Monday on our socials!
