Yippee!! A new artist series is busting its way towards us and we are utterly beaming with who it is! Showcasing the incredible talents of Chappell Roan, the Midwest Princess taking the music scene by glitzy storm! Imagine pedaling to infectious 80s-inspired synth-pop anthems paired with a sprinkle of 2000s pop magic—it’s pure ear candy for your workouts! This series launches on August 8th, so get ready to bring those good vibes into your exercise routine.
To kick off the series we are treated to a 30-minute Chappell Roan Outdoor Walk + Run with Matty at 12am ET. Feeling the need for a good stretch? Join the 20-minute Chappell Roan Barre with Ally premiering at 9:30am ET. For those looking to build upper body strength to the beat of Chappell’s tunes, don’t miss the 30-minute Chappell Roan Upper Body with Rebecca at 6pm ET. And for the troops with a taste for some yoga hop into the 30-minute Chappell Roan Power Flow with Aditi at 6:30pm ET.
Let’s not forget the high-energy dance party on the Bike and Tread! Get ready to ride with Cody in the 30-minute Chappell Roan Ride at 7pm ET, and sprint alongside Jess K. for a 30-minute Chappell Roan Run at 7pm ET, followed by a fun 20-minute Chappell Roan Row with Katie at 7:30pm ET. We already know she will be flaunting some choreography from what we saw in her camp class pre show warm up!
