Callie Debuts Dynamic New Soundtrack Strength Club With The Princess Diaries

Last week via Instagram, Peloton’s ever-ebullient strength instructor Callie Gullickson revealed that she was releasing a dynamic new strength training series, the Soundtrack Strength Club.

During today’s series debut, Callie let us know that the series will be six classes each set to its own specific soundtrack. The series opened with a 20 minute upper body workout set to the music of Disney’s The Princess Diaries, the 2001 hit starring Anne Hathaway and Julie Andrews. Callie was definitely in her element as she sang along at times during the 20 minute session.

Along the way, drawing inspiration from some of film’s memorable moments, Callie shared that’s never received a pizza apology, nor has her foot ever popped up during a kiss. She did, however, share a cute story about her first kiss with her husband.

Next Up: 3o Minute Full Body Strength Class

Callie shared that next Monday’s class will be a full-body strength class, but she didn’t share any details on the soundtrack. Maybe she’ll drop a few hints on her Instagram page! Per Peloton’s schedule, we do know that next Monday’s class is 30 minutes in length and will start at 1 PM (Eastern).
