Joslyn Thompson Rule Offers Unofficial Strength Program
Peloton Instructor Joslyn Thompson Rule announced that she designed her January 2026 Live strength classes as an Unofficial Strength Program. This gives members a structured way to approach their training moving forward by taking, or retaking, these classes in the order she prescribes. In the post on Joslyn’s IG, she detailed this progressive series of classes designed for members to repeat week over week.
This approach provides a clear path for members who prefer a pre-planned training schedule. By following the classes in sequence, members can engage in a cohesive workout plan without having to join in a formal Peloton program. While Jos is certainly not the first to offer this, we suspect her straightforward and supportive style of coaching will make this one very popular.

Joslyn is known for her direct, technique-focused coaching style. A former professional athlete and Nike Global Master Trainer, she brings a deep understanding of functional strength and athletic performance to the Peloton platform. She is also a fan favorite among the peri/menopause members, as she has many classes in this subcategory.

Day 1: 30 Min Full Body Strength from January 19, 2026


Day 2: 30 Min Upper Body from February 4, 2025 (Note: 12 Jan 2026 Upper Body class will return to on-demand in March) + 10 Min Core from January 26, 2026


Day 3: 15 Min Glutes and Legs Strength from January 26, 2026 + 10 Min Core from January 26, 2026 (optional)
