TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (9/25/2024)

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

1. 01/26/2024 30 minute PIlates Class with Kristin McGee

2. 08/19/2024 Music of Marvel Row  with Alex Karwoski

3. 09/20/2024 30 minute Full Body Strength with Katie Wang

4.  09/02/2024 Power Zone Endurance Ride  with Matt Wilpers

5. 90 minute Badwater 135 Scenic Guided Run with Susie Chan

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Pilates Class

01/26/2024 30 minute PIlates Class with Kristin McGee

While we were sad to see Kristin leave Peloton, we can still enjoy taking all of her amazing classes.  Mindy Jensen loved this class, saying “Kristen’s pilates class with a ball was my first time using a ball and this class activated all the muscles so much more.  I definitely felt it the next day.  Plus it made me miss Kristten even more – she was such an asset to the pilates/yoga team.”  The yoga and pilates classes with equipment definitely bring on the burn!

2. Favorite Row

08/19/2024 Music of Marvel Row  with Alex Karwoski

Sarah Lester took this class and loved it!  She said “I forgot how good the marvel music is and it’s a great workout.”  She also tried to get Tom O’Keefe to at least listen to the row, (or better yet take it), since Alex “drops an interesting marvel factoid  with every song.”  Sarah also thinks she found an easter egg in this row, saying that Alex “may have dropped a hint that he is coming to the tread.”  Did anyone else catch that hint?  And Tom, send us a picture if you do take this class – because that would truly be “marvel”ous.

3. Favorite Strength Class

09/20/2024 30 minute Full Body Strength with Katie Wang

kazi125(#Gen-Xpletive) took this class, which was Katie’s first full body strength class, and she couldn’t say enough good things about it.  Kazi said “It was a well balanced , challenging class with a  fun playlist, but best of all, Katie brought amazing energy!”  There were lots of good reviews of this class, so whether you’re novice or an experienced lifter, try Katie out and let us know what you think!

4. Favorite Power Zone Ride

09/03/2024 Power Zone Endurance Ride  with Matt Wilpers

Katie Bromley loved this class and learned from it as well as getting a great workout.  Katie said this class “was all in zone 2 with different cadences.  The music was great.  Matt was informative about where to be and why while spinning.  My favorite class in a while!”    We love a good lesson with our workouts!

5. Favorite Unstackable Scenic Run

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

90 minute Badwater 135 Scenic Guided Run with Susie Chan

Joanna Davis said this was her favorite class and an unstackable class.  Joanna said “Susie guides you along the famous Badwater course and her words and fun choices in music make this class fly by!  Every so often I would think “maybe I could do the real Badwater” – and then Susie would casually mention she had been at it for 37 hours and I’d snap back to reality.   Susie is a legend and this class is so fun!”  Still, Joanna, keeping up with Susie for  90 minutes makes you a legend, too! Remember – scenic runs are only available on the Peloton tread and tread+.
