Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

1.12/06/2024 30 Minute Wicked:The Movie Ride with Sam Yo

2.09/08/2024  Arms & Intervals Ride with Leanne Hainsby-Alldis

3. 11/21/2024 60 Minute Endurance Run with Mariana Fernandez

4. 12/04/2024 10 Minute Hip Mobility Stretch with Andy Speer

5. 11/24/2024 45 Minute Walk+Run with Marcel Dinkins

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Ride

12/06/2024 30 Minute Wicked:The Movie Ride with Sam Yo

How could this ride not end up in the Top 5?  Amazing music plus an amazing instructor leads to a wickedly amazing class!  Christina Wallace, Mindy Jensen, Connie Sue Manos Martin, Debra Mericantante Anzaolne and Julie Silberling Marcus all nominated this ride.  Connie pointed out that this ride “had all the feels.”  Christina said it was an “absolutely fantastic ride – laughed, cried – an overall blast!  Glad we have this following the film!”   Join over forty thousand fellow Pelotoners and defy gravity during this fabulous ride!

2. Favorite Arms & Intervals Ride

09/08/2024  Arms & Intervals Ride with Leanne Hainsby-Alldis

Margaret Folkman Robertson nominated this class.  Margaret said the class “starts with 8 minutes of intervals, 10 minutes upper body and finishes with 8 minutes of intervals.  I love this because I feel I can go all out during the intervals and she really pushes.  I still get some upper body work as well.”  Grab some free weights and ride along!

3. Favorite Run

11/21/2024 60 Minute Endurance Run with Mariana Fernandez

Karen Smith said that “Mariana always brings such light and positivity to all her classes. Base pace run with some small hills.   Mariana’s classes go by so quickly because I’m focused on her and her words.” This run has music from various time periods and genres, which makes the time go by fast!

4. Favorite Stretch

12/04/2024 10 Minute Hip Mobility Stretch  with Andy Speer

Mindy Jensen recommended this class.  Mindy  said “Andy starts the class with standing hip CARs that you repeat at the end in order to see the difference after the class.   Having that gauge really reiterates the importance of taking these classes regularly. It was a simple ten minute class that has big results. “   If you haven’t taken stretching classes, add one to your regular workouts – they truly make a huge difference in recovery and soreness, and they can provide a little bit of time for reflection as well, or just some time to enjoy the great classic tunes that Andy has included with this stretch!

5. Favorite Unstackable Walk+Run

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

11/24/2024 45 Minute Walk+Run with Marcel Dinkins

Sarah Lester nominated this class, saying “it’s been a while since I have taken a class with Marcel.  Thai class is focused on hills and it’s tough!! It’s a good thing Marcel is an excellent coach and gets you through it.  (Side note – I don’t think Marcel gets enough credit for what a great coach she is.  Every class has a different focus.”  This class has 37 minutes of walk, run, and jog intervals to keep you moving.

Thank you!
