Why you loved them!Ā

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to ā€œtake laterā€), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week. Ā

1. Favorite Ride

epic sing along

11/10/2024 30 Minute Epic Sing A Long Ride with Jenn Sherman

Dana Hirsch Fredericks nominated this ride, calling it ā€œthe best 30 minutes everyone needsā€ and telling anyone who plans on taking it to warm up their vocal cords!Ā  Jo Vogeli agreed that this was her favorite ride, commenting on the fact that several other Peloton instructors were in the class (just take a look at the group in the thumbnail photo!)Ā  Jo admitted that Marcel Dinkin’s vibe duringĀ  the class was 90% of the reason she enjoyed this class! Ā  Jenn’s sing along classes never, ever disappoint, and as usual, every song on this ride will have you singing as much as you’re riding.Ā Ā

2. Favorite Yoga Conditioning Class

Yoga conditioning

11/2/2024 30 Minute Yoga Conditioning:Ā  Full Body with Mariana Fernandez

Crystal O’Keefe (#ClipOutCrystal) took this class LIVE (we’re jealous!!) and she was impressed with what a great workout she got!Ā  Crystal said that she ā€œREALLY underestimated the conditioning aspect of yoga conditioningā€ and that the class kicked her butt!Ā  There are more than 100 yoga conditioning classes available on demand, focusing on various parts of the body and featuring all of your favorite instructors – try one and let us know what you think! Ā

3. Favorite Yoga + Pilates

Yoga + Pilates

Ā 45 Minute Yoga+Pilates with Anna Greenberg

Crystal O’Keefe (#ClipOutCrystal) and Elizabeth Schlosberg both loved this class – Elizabeth said it was ā€œhard in the best wayā€ and Crystal said this class was ā€œSo good.Ā  It was really tough in a good way.Ā  The yoga was relaxing in between tough sets of pilates.ā€Ā  This class has it all – a warm up, sun salutations, and three core sections sandwiched between two flows and a floor pose ending.Ā  What a great way to improve both your body and your mental health!

4. Favorite Music Themed Ride

Metal

11/09/2024 45 Minute Metal ClassĀ  with Charlotte Weidenbach

Billy Lenoir II loved this class and said it was his favorite class this week.Ā  He said that Charlotte ā€œis the best!ā€Ā  Charlotte’s metal classes are always a hit, and this one features true metal tunes to get you pumped up from artists like Disturbed and Evanescence.Ā  It’s a good thing those tunes are there to get you moving since this class has 38 minutes of cycling, including two climbs,Ā  two jogs, and three sets of intervals. Ā

5. Favorite Unstackable Split+Row

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.Ā Ā

Spit + Row

Split + Row Program Ā  with Katie Wang

Karen Smith nominated this program after taking the first class, which starts with strength and ends with a cardio hit on the row. Karen saidĀ  ā€œby the time I got on the row, my arms were like jelly. Never felt so good to not have to use the arms and shoulders (as much).Ā  Can’t wait for the rest of the program.ā€Ā  Check out The Clip Out writers’ reviews ofĀ  all of theĀ  split classes that are now offered – these splits are a great way to combine cardio and strength in one very efficient workout.Ā  Note these classes are found under programs on the Peloton platform.Ā Ā
