We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!
This week’s favorite Peloton classes:
1. 06/27/2025 30 Minute 90s Run with Alex Toussaint
2. 04/17/2025 60 Minute Bike Bootcamp with Rad Lopez
3. 06/22/2025 20 Minute Arms and Shoulders with Callie Gullickson
4. 12/08/2020 Holiday Run with Jess King
5. 06/28/2025 60 Minute Intervals Run with Mariana Fernandez
Why you loved them!
Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.
1. Favorite Run
06/27/2025 30 Minute 90s Run with Alex Toussaint
Alex is a great coach and his classes always give you a great workout, but this run was a favorite for our listeners for more reasons than the exercise! Remember when Will Smith told Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars to keep his wife’s name out of his mouth (with an expletive)? Alex did the equivalent of that on this run, letting former instructor “JJ” know that her attempt to criticize Peloton was not okay. If you want all the tea, click here for our article detailing how it all went down! Kari Putnam nominated this run for more than Alex’s unscripted rant to JJ, saying that in addition to Alex’s message “his runs are quickly becoming my favorite! Unmatched energy!” Melissa W. also recommended this run saying it was “epic” and “already legendary.” Come for the exercise, stay for the drama!
2. Favorite Bike Bootcamp
04/17/2025 60 Minute Bike Bootcamp with Rad Lopez
Karen Mazich loved this class, saying she enjoyed the “60 minutes with heavy weights for the strength portions, then the class ended with a tabata finisher – need I say more? Great workout!” This class has offers two full body strength segments, so by the time you’re done, you’ve gotten in your cardio and strength for the day!
3. Favorite Strength Class
06/22/2025 20 Minute Arms and Shoulders with Callie Gullickson
Karen Smith took this class and was so glad she did! Karen said “I love Callie’s strength classes but don’t often take them. I need to incorporate more of her classes in because they are sneaky hard! This class was all light weights but my shoulders were TALKIN’ to me by the end of class! Stacked two more of hers for later in the week.” Callie does have an amazing way of making you forget you’re using heavy weights or doing difficult moves with her sunny, light hearted personality – but her strength classes are definitely effective!
4. Favorite Holiday Run
12/08/2020 Holiday Run with Jess King
Remember the holidays in 2020 – we were still trying to socially distance while also trying to enjoy family and friends. Mark Welch recently found this gem of a class during that time (which fortunately has not been purged – but take it now just in case!) Mark said “I did this class on a day I did not want to run and thought about just going to bed, but I decided to do something totally different.” Mark said that “seeing Jess run with Christmas lights in her hair kept the atmosphere light and I survived. I strongly recommend people look for vintage runs and classes.”
5. Favorite Unstackable Run
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.
06/28/2025 60 Minute Intervals Run with Mariana Fernandez
Courtney Fields recommended this run, saying “Mariana covered Becs’ saturday morning slot and it was awesome! The structure was perfect and the playlist was great. The moderate and challenging efforts stay the same length, but the hard efforts get longer with each round. I’d mark it down as an unstackable. I had planned to do another 20 minutes after that one, but once I finished Mariana’s run, I was done!” Sometimes a substitute instructor gives you exactly what you need!
