TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (01/01/2025)

Last Updated: January 1, 2025By Tags:

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

1.12/14/2024 30 Minute 80’s Ride with Bradley Rose

2.12/20/2024 Year in Review 30 Minute Walk and Talk with Matty Maggiacomo

3.12/22/2024 Christmas Walk  with Kirsten Ferguson

4.12/16/2024 50/50 Bootcamp with Cody Rigsby

5. 11/24/2024 Full Body Strength with  Andy Speers

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Ride

12/14/2024 30 Minute 80’s Ride with Bradley Rose

First- 80’s music!  Second – Bradley and his crazy sense of humor!  Third – as Roz Hurwitz Reich noted when she nominated this ride – Bradley got off the bike during the class and walked around the studio.  Bradley’s walk-about and the nostalgic 80’s music were a great way to distract riders from this ride’s twenty-five intensive minutes of riding, including two climbs, two jogs, and two speed intervals.

2. Favorite Walk

12/20/2024 Year in Review 30 Minute Walk and Talk with Matty Maggiacomo

Lindsey Millan nominated this class, and with good reason! (1) Matty’s costume.  His sequined tuxedo shirt makes this class sparkle (if you have any glittery evening wear workout garb that you’ve been waiting to put on, now’s your chance).  (2)  The playlist.  This class has a mix of holiday music and music to celebrate the new year, all sung by some of Matty’s favorite divas.  (3) The “big” reveal.   Make sure you stay until the very end when Matty reveals his favorite diva of 2024 (spoiler alert – it’s not a person).

3. Favorite Holiday Walk

12/22/2024 Christmas Walk  with Kirsten Ferguson

Danette Royal Giles loved this walk.  She said “I enjoyed the opportunity to have a peaceful workout in the midst of all the holiday hustle.”  This class had a truly relaxing playlist of traditional Christmas music.  How amazing that exercise can pump  you up or relax you, and the holiday season is the perfect time to add something relaxing to your day.

4. Favorite Bike Bootcamp

12/16/2024 50/50 Bootcamp with Cody Rigsby

Speaking of relaxing, if laughter is the best medicine, any class with Cody will help you heal.  Katie Bromley nominated this class,  which is somewhat the polar opposite of Kirsten’s walk yet still can help you de-stress.  Katie said “I laughed so hard.  It was a great workout and Cody was hilarious.”  Take a look at the playlist for this class, and you’ll see a theme emerging – let’s just say, this class will have you laughing your a** off.

5. Favorite Unstackable Strength Class

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

11/24/2024 Full Body Strength with  Andy Speer

Cortney Marisa nominated this class.  As we all know, Andy’s classes, and especially his full body strength classes, are always very challenging.  But this one added a new component – offset loading.  Cortney said “I’ve taken a bunch of Andy’s strength classes, but this one was a bit of a mindfu*k (hope the children were out of the room).   Andy used the concept of offset loading where you put different weights in each h and for a deceptively hard workout.  Music was on-point, with each song on the playlist better than the last  Loved this class, but I wasn’t prepared to have to use my whole brain so early in the morning to keep my body balanced with one heavy and one lighter weight.”  If you’re looking to challenge your body and your mind, this is the perfect class!

Thank you!
