We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!
This week’s TCO Top 5 Peloton classes:
- 02/17/26 30-Minute Glute & Leg Strength with Robin Arzon
- 03/03/26 15-Minute Core Stretch with Robin Arzon
- 03/21/26 20-Minute 2000s Walk with Matty Maggiacomo
- 03/22/26 30-Minute Classic Rock Ride with Jenn Sherman
- 03/21/26 45-Minute WHM: Alternative Rock Ride with Christine D’Ercole
1. Favorite Bench-Pressed Leg Day

02/17/26 30-Minute Glute & Leg Strength with Robin Arzon
“Just including a bench changes things up enough to make lower body feel new, different, and exciting.” — Dr. Jenn Mann
TCO’s own Dr. Jenn Mann brought the enthusiasm this week with a strong endorsement of Robin’s glute and leg strength class. One piece of equipment, one big difference. Dr. Jenn was also fired up about all the new jump classes on the platform, noting that since she started incorporating them into her routine, she feels like a stronger overall athlete and her runs have gotten easier. If you haven’t explored the jump classes yet, consider this your nudge from the doctor.
2. Favorite Roll With It Core Stretch

03/03/26 15-Minute Core Stretch with Robin Arzon
“This was my first strength class that incorporated the foam roller and HOLY CRAP! What a difference the roller makes in simple moves. Simple NOT easy. 15 minutes was enough, but I’ll be looking for more of these.” — Karen Smith
Karen’s all-caps reaction pretty much covers it. Robin managed to make 15 minutes feel both approachable and surprisingly challenging just by bringing the foam roller into the picture. If you have one sitting in the corner of your workout space collecting dust, Robin and Karen are giving you a reason to dig it out.
3. Favorite Walk to Remember

03/21/26 20-Minute 2000s Walk with Matty Maggiacomo
“Matty’s stack from Saturday was awesome! The walk in particular gave old Christopher Street tread studio vibes. People from the Maggicmakers were there and Siobhan McAteer came all the way from Dublin, Ireland! Matty was talking up a storm about all kinds of silly and fun stuff including furries. It was a walk to remember!” — Crystal O’Keefe
If you ever wondered what it felt like to be in Peloton’s original Christopher Street tread studio back in the early days, this class sounds like the closest thing to a time machine. Matty brought the full experience: infectious energy, a community that showed up from across the globe (Dublin, Ireland!), and the kind of conversation that makes treadmill time disappear. The Maggicmakers were well represented, and based on Crystal’s review, absolutely nobody left disappointed.
4. Favorite Classic Rock Ride

03/22/26 30-Minute Classic Rock Ride with Jenn Sherman
“The song list was strong and the class was the right balance of tough and fun.” — Rich Glass
Rich kept it honest and to the point. Sometimes a great playlist and a workout that pushes you without wrecking you is exactly the formula you need. JSS has always had a gift for finding that sweet spot, and a classic rock soundtrack has a way of carrying you through the hard stretches before you even notice they’re happening.
5. The Unstackable: Favorite Women’s History Month Ride
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

03/21/26 45-Minute WHM: Alternative Rock Ride with Christine D’Ercole
“I was live in studio with CDE for her WHM ride from the weekend of 3/22. I’m one of her Wordswork retreat women from Zermatt. I did find the ride harder than her normal classes.” — Holly Hardy Gage
Holly wasn’t just watching this Women’s History Month ride from her home screen. She was right there in the studio, as one of Christine D’Ercole’s Wordswork retreat participants from Zermatt. That kind of personal connection to an instructor adds a whole new layer to an already meaningful class. And meaningful it was: Holly noted it pushed harder than Christine’s typical output, which earns it the Unstackable label this week. Whether you were in the room or rode along on-demand, this one sounds like it delivered.
