We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

  1. 10/3/23 30 min Focus Flow: Hips with Anna Greenberg
  2. 12/7/23 20 min Hanukkah Ride with Jenn Sherman
  3. 12/8/23 30 min XOXO Cody: Santa’s Werk-Shop with Cody Rigsby
  4. 12/9/23 60 min Endurance Run with Becs Gentry
  5. 11/4/23 45 min Full Body Strength with Assal Arian

Why you love them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite, but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Peloton Yoga

10/3/23 30 min Focus Flow: Hips with Anna Greenberg

Karen Eindorf Marquez is sharing an excellent class for hip mobility and stability this week, something she is especially invested in after a hip replacement, but something we could surely all use more of.

“This was a great hip class. Easily modified for all levels and well explained. My new hip is a year old and both hips (even the 56 y-o one!) love how I feel during and after.”

The class features the flowy sounds of Hozier, Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, and H.E.R., with poses like Warrior II and Half Moon to wake up and stabilize the hip muscles, and the seated, cross-legged Cow Face and Fire Log poses to mobilize.

2. Favorite Peloton Hanukkah Ride

12/7/23 20 min Hanukkah Ride with Jenn Sherman

The Clip Out community has always loved Jenn Sherman, but we’re really showing up to support our girl lately. She’s made the TCO Top 5 5 times in the last two months with multiple listeners sharing how much they loved each of her rides. This week was no exception!

Lauren Scardella especially loved the personal stories Jenn shared throughout the ride.

“Jenn Sherman’s 20 minute ride was amazing. She spoke about how much the holiday meant to her and her family and how different but still important it is this year, even though they are now empty nesters. She got choked up after the ride was over, and as a fellow member of the tribe, it was almost too much for me to watch.”

With a difficulty rating of only 6.5/10, this class is the perfect start to a stack and an awesome way to show Jenn a little extra love this season.

3. Favorite Peloton Christmas Ride

12/8/23 30 min XOXO Cody: Santa’s Werk-Shop with Cody Rigsby

Jennifer Johnson Robison (JennLynnSpin) is Team Cody and had a great time in the latest XOXO, Christmas edition.

“He is simply the funniest there is and these rides continue to get more and more funny! Obviously, they aren’t for everyone, but they are definitely for the Cody fans and there are a lot of those!!”

On top of Cody promising some hilarious Q&A time, with holiday songs from pop icons including Ariana Grande, Kelly Clarkson, Destiny’s Child, BTS, and Britney Spears, this class is sure to spark your Christmas spirit.

Jennifer is right about there being a lot of Cody fans out there—this class has already been taken over 100,000 times, and it’s only been up for 4 days! Join in on the fun and add this to your stack next time you need to un-Grinch yourself.

4. Favorite Peloton Run

12/9/23 60 min Endurance Run with Becs Gentry

If you’re looking for a great recommendation for a longer class this week, #mandyrose has your back.

“My favorite class this week was @becsgentry 60 minute endurance run from Saturday 12/9. Perfect coaching, relatable advice, challenging but sustainable workout with great music!”

Becs will expertly guide you through 60 minutes of running at a steady pace, with a 4-minute hill run every 8 minutes (in case you’re counting, that’s five 4-minute hills, or 20 minutes total of hill work!). And while this sounds like a lot, it’s meant to be at a manageable all-day pace and the perfect opportunity to break through the mental barriers keeping you from giving it a go.

The playlist features tracks from Hozier, Kylie Minogue, Camila Cabello, and ODESZA. Nothing too wild with just the right energy to keep you in your endurance zone for this 60-minute class.

5. Favorite Peloton Unstackable Strength Class!

11/4/23 45 min Full Body Strength with Assal Arian

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

For this week’s Unstackable recommendation, we heard from Member Kristina Sabatini:

“45min Full Body with Assal from 11/04/23! It was my favorite class from this week and also made me modify my stack when I was done with it, she is fire! SO good!”

This class is in German and does not have subtitles at the time of this posting, but Kristina shared that Assal calls each move out in English. And besides that, the class is very easy to follow based on Assal’s demonstration and energy throughout the class.

The class includes lunges, rows, presses, push-ups, core work, squats, and curls (just about every move in the book!) and uses light, medium, and heavy weights. You can view the detailed class plan in the class description, but it might be best just to jump right in!

Just when you think your body can’t lift another pound, Assal’s playlist will keep you going. She features music by J Balvin, Sean Paul, Bad Bunny, Black Eyed Peas, Karol G, and Shakira.

Thank you!
