The class goal is to help you build strength, improve your mobility, and enhance your overall performance on the course.

The best part? These programs are available On Demand now, so you can fit them into your busy schedule whenever it works for you. Plus, offering both English and German versions, makes it even easier for Peloton’s global community of golfers to join in! I’d also like to point out that no matter the weather your guaran-Tee’d a lil’ golf fix to you day taking these classes.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, these programs will help you reach your full potential on the course. These carefully curated exercises and stretches target the key muscles used in golf, helping you increase your power and accuracy with every swing.
