Peloton's Health Centered Collection Launches

Peloton Launches New Health Centered Collection of Programming

Peloton’s Corporate Wellness Program and Health-Focused Initiatives

Did you know that Peloton has a robust behind-the scenes Corporate Wellness program where they partner with large employers to enhance the benefits offered to employees? The science behind improving your mental and physical health through fitness is well known to most Peloton members already, especially fans of instructor-extraordinaire Matt Wilpers. Matt is one of the most popular – and prolific – coaches on the platform, appearing regularly on the Bike, Tread, and Row as well as in the occasional series Strength for Runners and as a guest in some special Yoga classes. Known by his tagline, “Train Hard, Train Smart, and Always Have Fun” Matt is not only a stellar coach, he is also super smart. Many fans know he started his professional career in corporate accounting, and he translates his aptitude for defining performance goals in the fitness world like an absolute boss.

Introducing the New “Health Centered” Collection

It’s no surprise then (at least to this Matt devotee!), that Peloton is launching their new “Health Centered” Collection of classes with a 30 Minute Metabolic Health Walk featuring Matt along with their Medical Advisor to Business, Dr. Kavita Patel. Dr. Patel recently appeared with Matt at the “hlth.” conference in Las Vegas, where they shared the stage in a panel discussion, in collaboration with Peloton. As Matt shared in his IG about this event, “Fitness is powerful medicine so I’m excited to help bring it further into the health and wellness space. We’ve got some exciting things cooking, team… more to come!”

Peloton’s Expanding Content Offerings

Peloton has been expanding the content they give us recently, such as dipping into nutrition guidance, and it will be interesting to see how they expand programming from their Corporate Wellness sector to reach general members. Personally, I’m drinking whatever KoolAid Matt’s offering, but I have no doubt that the content coming in this new Walk will be fascinating. The class drops into On Demand Monday, November 4th at 12AM ET/5AM GMT. I may not be setting my alarm, but I will be taking it asap!
