Peloton Introduces Logan Aldridge Signature Series: Just Tabata

You’ve heard of #deathbytens, now get ready for #deathbylogan”.  On Sunday, March 3, 2024, Peloton introduced Just Tabata, a new signature series developed by Tread and Strength instructor, Logan Aldridge.

In this series, you can expect to work. A LOT.  In the introductory reel, Logan, dare we say, gleefully discussed what to expect in a Just Tabata class, including but not limited to, pushups, overhead presses, squats, burpees (anyone who has taken a class with Logan should be well versed in his affinity for programming burpees!), etc., with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, 8 times through.  In other words, make sure your smart watches, heart rate monitors and fitness trackers have a full charge before these classes, because they’re going to be working just as hard as you are.  

Ready to Sweat?

Ready to let Logan push you to your limits?  Send your heart rate through the roof starting Tuesday, March 5 at 6:00pm (ET).  We only have one question:  Will Logan give us a signature color for his signature series, similar to Robin in yellow?  If you survive the series, let us know if you spot a trend!  (Just kidding, you’ve got this.)
