Peloton’s New Menopause-Focused Classes: A Game-Changer for Wellness

Peloton has once again proven its commitment to inclusivity and member-driven content with the release of new On Demand classes tailored for women navigating menopause. Dropped on October 6, 2025, these classes appear in response to member feedback, and we appreciate Peloton’s ability to listen and deliver. While Respin and Peloton are also inviting up to 500 members to enroll in an 8-week study program, any member can access these classes on their own. Visit www.respin.health/peloton for more about this study.

The Respin Health Partnership: Why It Matters

Peloton’s collaboration with Halle Berry’s Respin Health is a big step in addressing menopause in the fitness world. Together, they’ve developed an eight-week program that goes beyond workouts to include strategies for managing stress, improving sleep, and maintaining muscle mass.

What Peloton Has Already Added

Peloton’s commitment to menopause-focused content didn’t start with this latest drop. Earlier this year, the platform introduced weighted vest walks and hikes led by Rebecca Kennedy and Joslyn Thompson Rule. These classes combine cardio with strength training, helping to build bone density and manage weight gain—two critical areas for women in menopause.

Additionally, Christine D’Ercole’s Sprint Interval Training (SIT) rides have been a hit. These rides, which focus on short bursts of high-intensity effort, are particularly beneficial for managing menopausal symptoms and improving cardiovascular health. Members have long searched for these classes, and Peloton recently added a dedicated Collection for SIT rides, making them easier to find.

Peloton also introduced Longevity classes earlier this year, co-led by instructors like Camila Ramon, Katie Wang, and Adrian Williams. These low-impact strength and mobility sessions are designed for older members or those working out with older loved ones, offering intentional and accessible workouts.

A History of Listening to Members

Peloton’s journey to this point is a story of responsiveness and innovation. As highlighted by The Clip Out, members have long advocated for menopause-focused content. Peloton’s Chief Content Officer, Jen Cotter, confirmed earlier this year that the company was listening, and the result is a robust lineup of classes and programs that meet these needs.

This isn’t the first time Peloton has responded to member feedback. From introducing longevity-focused classes to expanding their strength training offerings, Peloton has consistently evolved to serve its diverse community.

Why This Matters

The release of these classes is an important cultural shift. By addressing menopause openly and providing targeted solutions, Peloton is breaking down stigmas and fostering a supportive environment for women. The partnership with Respin Health amplifies this impact, combining Peloton’s fitness expertise with Respin’s holistic approach to wellness. Looks like Christine won’t be the only one using the “M” word in classes anymore! #hotandcoldcrew, we see you! 😉

Looking Ahead

While these new classes are a fantastic start, there’s always room for growth. Members are already calling for more slow and heavy lifting classes, better filters for menopause-related content, and outdoor weighted vest workouts. Peloton’s track record suggests they’ll continue to innovate and expand in these areas.

Peloton’s new menopause-focused classes are a testament to the power of listening and acting on member feedback. With the support of Respin Health and a growing library of targeted content, Peloton is setting a new standard for inclusivity and wellness in the fitness industry.
