6:30 pm BST: Mila Lazar, 20-min Ride

7:00 pm ET: Jess King, 30-min Ride
7:00 pm ET: Kirsten Ferguson, 30-min Run
7:00 pm ET: Denis Morton, 30-min Yoga Flow
