New Peloton Avicii Artist Series: End The Year With A Bang
Peloton’s Avicii Artist Series is here to close out the year with high energy and heavy beats. As the calendar winds down, the Leaderboard lights up with a celebration of the legendary DJ and producer who defined a decade of electronic dance music.
This isn’t just another drop—it’s a tribute to a musical legacy. Members can look forward to soaring melodies, heart-pounding drops, and the kind of energy that makes a PR feel inevitable. Whether you’re clipping in, lacing up, or hitting the mat, this series offers the perfect way to sweat out the old year and welcome the new one with intensity.
Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming Avicii Artist Series.
The Legacy of Avicii
Tim Bergling, known to the world as Avicii, wasn’t just a DJ. He was a musical architect who reshaped the landscape of modern pop and electronic dance music. Hailing from Stockholm, Sweden, he exploded onto the scene in the early 2010s. His style was distinct. He fearlessly blended genre boundaries, notably fusing bluegrass, country, and folk elements with thumping house beats. This innovative approach produced global anthems like “Wake Me Up” and “Hey Brother” that dominated radio waves and festivals alike.
Before diving into the classes, here are three quick facts about the music icon:
- A Grammy Pioneer: Avicii was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording twice, first for “Levels” in 2012 and then for “Sunshine” with David Guetta.
- The Name’s Origin: The name “Avicii” represents the lowest level of Buddhist hell. Tim chose it simply because his real name was already taken on MySpace.
- A Chart-Topping Legacy: Upon his tragic passing in 2018, his music saw a massive resurgence, proving his sound remains timeless. His posthumous album, Tim, continued to top charts worldwide.
