Alex Toussaint Inside the Lab YouTube Series Launches Strong With Wiz Khalifa

The Alex Toussaint Inside the Lab YouTube Series Goes Beyond the Bike

Peloton Senior Instructor Alex Toussaint’s new Alex Toussaint Inside the Lab YouTube series is officially here, and the debut episode sets a high bar. Filmed at Unbreakable Gym and having dropped Sunday, March 29, the first episode features rap icon Wiz Khalifa in a conversation that covers far more ground than a typical celebrity fitness feature. Together they explore how icons build greatness from the inside out.

Alex Toussaint Inside the Lab: What the Show Is

Alex describes the series as an inside look at some of the greatest athletes, entertainers, motivators, and musicians from all walks of life. The format pairs a real workout with a real conversation, and the result feels less like a produced interview show and more like something you stumbled into.

The series lives on AT’s YouTube channel. You can also get links from his Instagram.

Where Music and Wellness Meet

What makes Wiz Khalifa a compelling first guest is how naturally his two worlds, music and physical discipline, intersect. The conversation explores how both demand the same things: consistency, intent, and a willingness to do the work even when no one is watching. Wiz Khalifa talks about his long-term approach to training and why he views recovery as seriously as the workout itself. His perspective on what it means to sustain a practice, in the gym and in the studio, gives the episode real substance.

Performance, Mental Health, and What’s Actually Real

The episode goes deeper than fitness. Wiz Khalifa is candid about mental health, what gets him through the quiet moments, and the advice he gives himself when things get hard. He also reflects on fatherhood and how it has sharpened his focus on what actually matters. AT shares some of his own story too, which makes this feel like a genuine exchange rather than a one-sided interview.

Together, they cover what it means to perform at a high level over time without losing yourself in the process. It is a conversation worth sitting with.

A Natural Extension of What Toussaint Has Built

“Inside the Lab” fits cleanly within the platform Alex has been building for years. He started his fitness career mopping floors at a gym and got his first opportunity to teach cycling at Flywheel Sports in 2013, before Peloton brought him on board in 2015. His book Activate Your Greatness, his Puma cycling shoe collaboration, his Give Back Run Club Tour, and his appearance at NBA All-Star Weekend all point to an instructor who has built something well beyond a class schedule.

YouTube gives him room for conversations that a Peloton ride or run simply cannot hold. If the debut episode is any indication, “Inside the Lab” has the makings of one of the more substantive fitness-adjacent shows in this space.
