Zacharias Teaching Strength: His New Modality Debut at Peloton
Peloton’s Newest Strength Instructor Debuts… From the Yoga Mat
Zacharias teaching strength is the update we have all been waiting for at Peloton. You have likely found your flow with him on the yoga mat, but now it is time to grab your weights (especially kettlebells!). Peloton officially announced Zacharias Niedzwiecki as the newest addition to the Strength roster. We can’t wait to see him bring his unique, hybrid expertise to the platform to help us approach functional movement. We love that he will bring an understanding that flexibility and mobility are the secret weapons to lifting heavier and safer. He has been telling us on his IG that these classes would drop in January, and with the month nearly over, we knew the wait would soon be over!

What is Zacharias’ Vibe?
What does a class look like with a yoga instructor who doubles as a strength coach? Expect precision. Expect control. And definitely expect to sweat. The teaser images dropped by Peloton show Zacharias right where he belongs: working with kettlebells and demonstrating impeccable form on the mat. He brings a calm intensity to the studio. And we expect some great music and cueing aligned to the beats.

Peloton announced earlier this week that they will be featuring a Superbowl-themed day of classes on February 8 called the Super Burn. Here, Zacharias will make his group class debut in a “Feast”-style strength class with his fellow instructors.
Class Schedule
The debut lineup is packed. Zacharias is kicking things off with a mix of live energy and technical on-demand sessions. He is diving straight into the deep end with kettlebell work, a discipline that requires solid coaching to master.

Here is exactly when you can catch Zacharias teaching strength during his premiere week:
Thursday, January 29
- Live Debut: 30 min Full Body Strength @ 9 AM ET | 2 PM GMT. This is the main event. Join the leaderboard to welcome him to the strength studio properly.

- The Workout: 30 min Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning.
Why You Need Zacharias Teaching Strength
Kettlebells are often intimidating. They require coordination, timing, and grip strength. By launching with specific “Basics” classes, Zacharias is making these tools accessible to everyone. He will break down complex movements like the Figure 8 into manageable chunks. You can also find the other instructors who have kettlebell classes and kettlebell tutorials in the On Demand Library and Collections.

Having an instructor with a yoga background leading strength is a game-changer. He understands end-range motion. He knows how to cue breath work during heavy exertion. It creates a holistic approach to fitness that prevents injury and promotes longevity.
So, clear your Thursday morning: you need to experience Zacharias teaching strength! Meet him on the mat and prepare for something new and exciting.
