This Week at Peloton: Rising Country, Mobility, Mother’s Day, and more

A new week means new opportunities to level up your workouts and dive into fresh Peloton content. Let’s take a look at what’s on tap for the week.

New Class Type: Rising Country

Get your big ole hats and belt buckles ready because it’s time to go country! Introducing the new Rising Country classes, with curated playlists featuring the latest and greatest stars of the country music scene. Check out the first one, a 30-minute ride with Ally Love, on demand now.

Improve Your Fitness with Mobility

Mobility is a great way to improve your range of motion and supercharge your workouts by adding flexibility and strength to critical areas. There will be more class options to choose from soon, with new English and German classes with Matty Maggiacomo, Erik Jager and Irene Kaymer dropping Tues. May 7 at 10 a.m. ET/4 p.m. CSET. Bonus, Peloton has promised new mobility classes every Tuesday in May! Be sure to check out the Mobility collection to make this important step a regular part of your workout.

Defected Records Ride

Celebrate hit-making British independent record label Defected Records on a 30-minute House: Defected Records Ride with Hannah Frankson. This special ride, which will take place live Fri. May 10 at 1:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. BST, will feature a custom mix by Defected Records!

All About the Moms

Mother’s Day is coming up soon. Celebrate moms and all they do with new English, Spanish and German classes starting Wed. May 8. Plus check out a special Two For One Ride with Robin Arzon and Jess King on Sat. May 11 at 10 a.m. ET.
