This Week at Peloton: 60-Minute Edition

Schedule Highlights:

  • 60-Minute Advanced Bike Bootcamp 

 Join Jess S. on Tuesday, August 13th, at 12 PM ET/5 PM BST for a heart-pumping session that blends cycling with strength training. Perfect for those looking to crank up their fitness game with something a lil extra!

  • 60-Minute Endurance Row 

 On Thursday, August 15th, at 10:30 AM ET, hop on the rower with Alex K. and work on your endurance. This session promises to keep you engaged while building your stamina – a great way to end the week!

  • 60-Minute Intervals Run 

 Ready to hit the Tread? Becs will guide you through a 60-minute intervals run on Saturday, August 17th, at 11 AM ET/4 PM BST. Get set for a dynamic workout that will push your limits!

  • 60-Minute Walk and Run 

 If you’re looking for a mix of intensity, join Mariana on Saturday, August 17th, at 1:30 PM ET/6:30 PM BST for a fun walk-and-run combo that is perfect for all fitness levels.

  • 60-Minute Intermediate Total Strength

Wrap up the week with Andy on Sunday, August 18th, at 8 AM ET/1 PM BST for a comprehensive strength workout that targets all major muscle groups.
