TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (3/5/2025)

Last Updated: March 5, 2025By

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

1. 02/26/2025 20 Minute Glutes & Legs Class with Callie Gullickson

2. 09/12/2024  45 MInute Intervals & Arms Ride with Robin Arzon

3. 03/01/2025 20 Minute 80’s Row  with  Katie Wang

4. 02/20/2025 20 Minute Arms & Shoulders Class with Rebecca Kennedy

5.  03/01/2025 60 Minute Intervals Run with Becs Gentry

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Strength Class

02/26/2025 20 Minute Glutes & Legs Class with Callie Gullickson

Sarah Lester nominated this class, saying “Don’t let the beginner classification deter you.  This is a great class for all.  It’s simple but effective.  It could be used in a hypertrophy class stack – just increase the weight you are lifting. This will be on repeat for me.”   Dosie Clausen Rotkowski loved this class too and agreed with Sarah’s  comments.  Sarah also pointed out that this class is on the movement tracker, so it counts towards the movement tracker badge!

2. Favorite Ride

09/12/2024  45 MInute Intervals & Arms Ride with Robin Arzon

This ride was nominated by Cortney Marisa and was a contender for the unstackable class of the week (Robin was wearing yellow – so we know what that means!)  Courtney said “I should have known I was in trouble when I saw her sparkly yellow shoes.  This ride was disgusting in all the best ways.  There was a  9 minute and 45 second warmup that foreshadowed the long interval sections for the rest of the ride, power intervals with resistance at 65 or higher, speed intervals, and a max effort block at the end with high resistance springs, when I was already pretty gassed.  This ride kept me breathless nearly the whole time but Robin coached it really well.”  This class has a fantastic playlist as well, full of familiar songs that will keep you pumped up!  Consider this your bonus unstackable recommendation for this week!

3. Favorite Row

03/01/2025 20 Minute 80’s Row  with  Katie Wang

Melissa Solin recommended this row.  She said it had a “fantastic playlist and a mix of easy, moderate and challenging intervals. Great coaching and motivation!”   This playlist has all of your favorite 80’s songs, and the class format varies between challenging, moderate, and easy effort with the perfect amount of recovery in between.  This would be a great class to stack as a cardio finisher after a strength workout.

4. Favorite Strength Class

02/21/2025 20 Minute Arms & Shoulders Class with Rebecca Kennedy

Bea C loved this class, saying “Rebecca hits it out of the park again. I hadn’t done a strength class in a week and a half, and this was the  perfect class to get back into it.  The playlist was perfection – I think Millennials, in particular, will love it!”   This class works shoulders, triceps, and biceps, and Rebecca actually suggests light weights for the burn.

5. Favorite Unstackable Run

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

03/01/2025 60 Minute Intervals Run with Becs Gentry

This run  was nominated by oliverjlongOliver said this class had “Five intervals with challenging, hard and very hard paces with some disgusting (that’s the second time we’ve seen that word today!) inclines thrown in.  This was a great class for anyone with spring races in mind and definitely one to push yourself to and get some miles on your legs.  An eclectic mix of music combined with Becs’ experience as a runner made this a great class but definitely not one to do as a stack!”  We’ll take your advice, Oliver, and set a date with our couch and theragun after this run.

Thank you!
