Why you loved them!
Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.
1. Favorite Run
12/07/2020 30 Minute Holiday Run with Andy Speer
Yes this ride is from 2020 (who wants to go back to that year?) – but wait! This run ended up being’ Part I’ of Andy’s adventure with Rudolph, with Part II being “the rest of the story” as told in Andy’s 30 Minute Holiday Full Body Strength class from this year (IYKYK). Tami Armstrong said this class “is a must take for [Andy’s] hilarious holiday story which kept me entertained and laughing the entire time and I loved that he incorporated use of the Tread+ free mode” (another blast from the past, since the Tread+ was on hiatus for a few years in between these two classes).
2. Favorite Ride
12/12/2024 30 Minute Backstreet Boys Ride with Cody Rigsby
Kerry Pickett Marden nominated this ride, saying it was “so much fun! A great combination of their most popular songs with some of their lesser known songs. Great to sing along and Cody was hilarious as always.” Sanna Rautiainen-Printezi also loved this ride, saying “It was fun to sing along and some of the songs brought back memories from decades ago.” Katie Bromley pointed out that “snarky Cody was back.” We’re happy to hear that, and we would have definitely picked Cody to instruct this ride – it’s a perfect combination of fun music and Cody’s fun spirit!
3. Favorite Holiday Ride
12/20/2023 20 Minute Holiday Ride with Bradley Rose
This is another older ride but it’s a great one to take if you want some variety in your holiday music list (for all you haters, “All I Want for Christmas is You” is notably absent). Sonya Norman took this ride and said “[t]he playlist is pop punk Christmas music. It’s a great ride to take if you want a holiday ride but also want a change of pace from the music that’s typically on the holiday ride playlists. It’s a fun, high energy, typical Bradley version of a holiday ride.” All we can say is this class is worth it solely for the next to last song on the playlist.
4. Favorite Holiday Strength Class
12/10/2024 20 Minute Holiday Arms & Shoulders Class with Rebecca Kennedy
Lori Lorenz (#BookJockey72) took this class, saying that Rebecca “created a whole persona of ‘Sandra Claus’ and cracked me up while burning out my arms and shoulder with lighter weights! Great holiday vibes!” This class is only 20 minutes and definitely keeps you laughing the whole time, but the burn is real!
5. Favorite Unstackable Strength Class
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.
07/26/2024 45 Minute Legs and Core with Rebecca Kennedy
Lindakh3 (#YogiLinSPins)nominated this class as her unstackable, and for those of you who have done Rebecca’s 3 day split, you’ll recognize this as the split’s amazing legs and core class – and you’ll remember the pain you felt for a few days after you took it, along with the great results you got. Linda aptly described this class as “brutal”. She said the class “includes all kinds of squats, lunges and deadlifts with an emphasis on using the heaviest weights possible to reach muscle atrophy. The EMOM finisher for this class is a pendulum swing with a single heavy weight. I think my heart leaves my body every single time at this point in the workout.” The core section is equally “ambitious” – the class is definitely unstackable, other than stacking it with a trip to your masseuse. Note: you can only find this class in the programs (Rebecca’s 3 day split).
Thank you!
