TCO Top 5 Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

3. 10/15/2024 20 Minute Yoga Core Conditioning: Core with Kirra Michel

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Run

TCO Top 5

10/14/2024 30 Minute Pop Run  with Olivia Amato

Oliverjlong recommended this ride and was lucky enough to be in studio for it!  He took this run as his 1000th run the day after running the Chicago Marathon (congratulations for both!)  He said “Olivia always brings such a great energy to every work out and coaches and makes the minutes and miles fly by. The music was pure pop joy.”  This class definitely has a high energy pop playlist that is sure to make you move!

2. Favorite Walk

TCO Top 5

10/05/2024 20 Minute 80’s Walk with Matty Maggiacomo

Nikki Smith(#MySprtsBrasStuk) said this class was “SO much fun.  The playlist is dedicated to 80s duets, and, not only does Matty have a George Michael song on there, but he also has (I’ve Had) The Time of My LIfe from Dirty Dancing.  I dare you not to sing along to this entire class.  I also dare you not to shimmy-shuffle your feet along to the Dirty Dancing song.”  Sounds like a great dance party!

3. Favorite Yoga Class

TCO Top 5

10/15/2024 20 Minute Yoga Core Conditioning: Core  with Kirra Michel

Tina Fryling (#Tinaspinnereena) loved this class that is a cross between yoga and strength.    “I was short on time and wanted to do a core class but needed the stretch and lengthening that yoga provides.  This class was perfect, with simple but effective core moves – I could feel the strengthening effects on my core the next day, but I also felt stretched out and loose.  This class is an intermediate level class that can be modified for any level.”

4. Favorite Power Zone Ride

TCO Top 5

06/13/2023 60 Minute Power Zone Endurance Ride  with Erik Jager

#MinuteToSpinIt encourages us to try this older ride, saying, “this class was so fun… the music was a mix of Latin Club and Tropical House, genres we rarely get in power Zone let alone for 60 minutes!  He told a  lovely story about his travels to Vietnam and a metaphor for making space for people in our life – very Denis-esque.  Between the music, the story, the German with English subtitles, it was a global PZ experience tha twas simply joyful.  I wish Peloton added subtitles to more of his rides,  especially in Power Zone!  He is dedicated to the craft of it – let’s let him shine and reach more members!”    Sometimes we need to get out of our comfort zones and try a type of ride or instructor we haven’t tried before!

5. Favorite Unstackable Bike Boot Camp

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

TCO Top 5

07/30/2024 45 Minute Bike Bootcamp:  Full Body with Jess Sims

Samantha Parsons (#Ride_Inspired) recommended this boot camp, saying it includes “unstackable tabata on the bike and intense floor work that will leave you dripping with sweat and feeling wrung out.  You deserve a special badge for making it through!  Of course Jess’ encouragement and pep keep you pushing every interval and giving your all through the last EMOM.”  This class has two full body movement segments and two bike segments – let us know if you can get through it!
