5. 08/18/2025 Yoga+Pilates Class with Anna Greenberg
Why you loved them!
Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.
1. Favorite Tread Boot Camp
09/09/2025 30 Minute HIIT Bootcamp Two for One with Katie Wang and Andy Speer
Who can kick your butt and make you laugh better than Andy or Katie? How about Andy and Katie together! This was Hillary LaMay’s favorite class this week, and Hillary said it “was such a good time. It was like an entire buffet on a single platter. It was packed with perfectly timed HIIT intervals, nonstop energy, and laughs. Their playful competition and banter made the tough tread sprints and strength blocks fly by, all set to a playlist straight from Andy’s college era that had everyone smiling through the sweat and needing to see a receipt of the hairstyle he mentioned. Then Katie threw down the gauntlet, challenging him to a Row Bootcamp, turning an already epic class into a legendary Peloton moment setting up the ultimate showdown for the next class!
2. Favorite Menopause Class
10/06/2025 30 Minute Full Body Strength: Menopause with Joslyn Thompson Rule
Ok all you mature ladies – Peloton is giving us some classes directed at staying fit and healthy during that completely unpredictable, hot, hormonal period of your life! Karen Smith enjoyed this class and said it provided “lots of explanation on how strength training helps at this stage and pointers for beginners too. I love JTR anyway, but her way of explaining things is refreshing and helpful! Great class for those just starting with strength and weight training in general.” Let us know what you think about this and the other Menopause classes.
3. Favorite Core Class
09/04/2025 5 Minute Core Strength with Robin Arzon
Our own Nikki Smith (#MySprtsBrasStuk) loved this class! She said “If you’re looking for a quick 5 minute abs class that gets into your deep core muscles, this is it. This class is a no-repeat, progressive core class that uses 1 dumbbell. Robin takes you through a series of exercises that culminates in something that looks trickier than it is, but really finishes off those ab muscles. Your core will be on fire by the end. I particularly love repeating it back to back because I’m a sucker for punishment. It’s one of the more creative 5 minute core classes on the platform right now.” Your core is calling – it wants you to take this class!
4. Favorite Meditation
09/17/2025 15 Minute Meditation for Anxiety with Kirra Michel
You’re all loving meditation classes lately (this may be the second time this class was nominated – are we all anxious much?) This was Linda Hauck’s (#YogiLinSpins) favorite class this week! She said “[a]fter experiencing a particularly difficult week, this class helped ground me. Kirra’s choice of music, calming voice and words of encouragement were what I needed to help me from crashing out. I have this one bookmarked and would recommend this class for anyone who is feeling anxious.” Peloton has several other anxiety mediations with different instructors – check out some others as well.
5. Favorite Unstackable Yoga+Pilates Class
08/18/2025 Yoga+Pilates Class with Anna Greenberg
When we say “that class made me suffer” the first three words that come to your mind aren’t usually “Anna Greenberg”, “yoga”, or “pilates,” but the combination of the three resulted in our unstackable class this week! Laura Corcoran(NJxrayrider10) took this class on a low impact day and said she was “spent” afterwards. She said that the “side plank section was another level.” Members are loving these yoga+pilates classes, which combine oh so important stretching with the strength building benefit of pilates, especially as an alternate to traditional core exercises. The pool of sweat sneaks up on your while Anna remains a calm strong instructor to keep your mind relaxed through it all.
