Last Updated: July 22, 2025By Tags:

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

1. 07/20/2025 60 Minute Rock Ride with Sam Yo

2. 07/13/2025 30 Minute Pop Ride with Olivia Amato

3. 07/21/2025 30 Minute 90’s Ride with Cody Rigsby

4.  6/29/2025 Pro Cyclist:  HIIT Training Ride with Christian Vande Velde

5. 02/07/2021 60 Minute Climb Ride with Christine D’Ercole

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite 60 Minute Ride

07/20/2025 60 Minute Rock Ride with Sam Yo

Karen Bensley (#joyfullykaren) nominated this ride.  She said this ride was “highly anticipated by us #YesYo fans and it did not disappoint. Sam is an artist at designing classes that challenges our fitness and matching it to perfectly planned and orchestrated music. This rock music was centered on 70-80s and built as the class progressed. 60 minutes flew by with, as Sam describes, “3 shorter classes embedded in the 60 minutes” – each with a theme and a purpose. Although challenged and tired heading into the last 10 minutes, he aptly motivates and inspires you to keep the intensity with the final Meatloaf’s “Bat Out of Hell.” More, please, Sam.”   Note that Sam has four 60 minute rides; one is a power zone ride and the other three are rock rides – rock on, Sam, and stay joyful, Karen!

2. Favorite Live Ride

07/13/2025 30 Minute Pop Ride with Olivia Amato

Oliver Long (#Oliver_Long) nominated this ride saying “it was really fun to see Olivia riding in London and she did not hold back from her style of pushing you to get the best out of your workout.  Olivia described this as a Love Island theme ride with a perfect mix of summer pop anthems and a brutal smattering of cadence and resistance pushes.  Has this middle aged dad of two watched Love Island before   No.  Will he be watching it now?  Also no.  But this was an awesome class and Olivia made it so much fun.”  Hey Oliver – just like bravely trying out a new type of Peloton class, you won’t know if Love Island is for you until you try it!

3. Favorite 30 Minute Ride

07/21/2025 30 Minute 90’s Ride with Cody Rigsby

We haven’t had a Cody ride nominated for the Top 5  in a while but Katie Bromley loved this ride and told us it was “reminiscent of when Cody appeared to enjoy teaching (no shade, I love Cody).  It was challenging and fun all at the same time. Would highly recommend popping in this class when you’ve got a bit of extra energy.”  In other words, for those of you who long for the more sarcastic, shade throwing Cody of the days of yore – this is your class!  We also love that he included the “Men in Black” theme song in this ride, along with a lot of other fantastic, recognizable 90’s hits.

4. Favorite HIIT Training Ride

6/9/2025 Pro Cyclist:  HIIT Training Ride with Christian Vande Velde

SpartyHawk Cache LLC nominated this ride, which he did as a part of Week 1, Ride 3 of Team Wilpers Summer Sprint Challenge.  SpartyHawk said “you try to stay in control on this 45 minutes ride – Christian lets you off the leash into controlled panic.”  This class has a few zone one segments mixed in with spin ups, but it also catches you with all of the other zones – working in zones 3, 4, and 5.

5. Favorite Unstackable Climb Ride

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

02/07/2021 60 Minute Climb Ride with Christine D’Ercole

Karen Mazich dug this ride out of the archives and told us all about it!  Karen said that this ride was unstackable, as it has “inclines with higher cadences.  I may have sworn a time or two but I did end up with my highest output ever in a 60 minute class.  Definitely pushed me to my limits!”   60 minutes of climbing with Christine – sounds like a sweat fest for sure!

Thank you!
