TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (06/25/2025)

Last Updated: June 24, 2025By Tags:

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

1 07/18/2022 30 Minute Rock Slow Flow with Chelsea Jackson Roberts

2. 06/16/2025 15 MInute Disney Row  with Ash Pryor

3. 06/13/202530 Minute British Summer Fest Move as One Ride with multiple instructors

4. 05/29/2025 45 Minute Jeff Lynne’s ELO Ride with Christine D’Ercole

5. 4 Day Intermediate Split Day 1 Upper Body Push with Ben Alldis

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Yoga Class

07/18/2022 30 Minute Rock Slow Flow  with Chelsea Jackson Roberts

Yoga – Slow – Rock music.  What a fantastic and intriguing combination that only Dr. Roberts could bring to us.  Christine Hebert-Teixeira found this older class, took it, and nominated it as her favorite class this week!  Christine said “This was my favorite class.  I am working on taking every one of Chelsea’s slow flow and yin classes.  I already completed all of Aditi’s slow flow and yin classes.” (you go, girl!!!)   For a nice gentle flow with some fantastic music, try this one out!

2. Favorite Row

06/16/2025 15 MInute Disney Row  with Ash Pryor

Melissa Solin recommended this class.  She pointed it out it has a “great playlist, even better message.”  This class has a great variety of Disney Songs, starting with “Circle of Life” and ending  “I’ll Make a Man Out of You.”  As Ash pointed out, this class should have been a sing along class!  This class focuses on healing, being proud of who you are, and owning your strength.  Who better than Ash to teach us that lesson?

3. Favorite Summer Fest Class

06/13/2025 30 Minute British Summer Fest Move as One Ride with multiple instructors

Ready to enjoy festival season?  This ride is perfect – the music is upbeat, and you’ll get FIVE of your favorite instructors, two at a time, for some super fun banter.   Lori Berson Garvey suggested this ride, saying “The British summer bike ride was so much fun!  30 minutes flew by!”  This class has a 7.1 difficulty rating – not too hard, but enough of a challenge – it’s a perfect ride for a perfect summer’s day!

4. Favorite Music Themed Ride

05/29/2025 45 Minute Jeff Lynne’s ELO Ride with Christine D’Ercole

Mitchell Dickler recommended this ride, and if you love classic rock, you will absolutely love this ride – after all, who can resist the smooth, upbeat sounds of ELO!  Mitchell said it was his favorite because Christine didn’t have “too much talking over the music.  Just 45 minutes of the Electric Light Orchestra.”  Take note all of you folks who love the music but hate the chatter.

5. Favorite Unstackable Strength Class

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

4 Day Intermediate Split Day 1 Upper Body Push with Ben Alldis

Karen Smith found this split class to be unstackable!  Karen said “I just took Ben’s day 1 upper body push from his intermediate split.  I didn’t think this was a hypertrophy program, but it is!  Day 1 week 1 and my shoulders are DEAD, chest is on fire, and I’m crying like a baby.  Someone send help.  Can’t wait for tomorrow’s leg/core day.”  Let us know how the rest of the split classes work out for you Karen, once you can move around a bit!  (Note that Peloton recently changed split and other programs to be available only on Peloton equipment, including the guide, and they are no longer available via internet browser or Smart TV apps.)

Thank you!
