TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (06/05/2025)

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

1. 01/13/2023 45 Minute Classical Outdoor Walk with Becs Gentry

2. 05/30/2025 45 Minute 2000’s Ride with Robin Arzon

3. 05/25/2025 80s Ride with Benny Adami

4. 05/27/2025 45 Minute Classic Rock Ride with Denis Morton

5. 04/15/2025 45 Minute Row with Katie Wang

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Outdoor Walk

01/13/2023 45 Minute Classical Outdoor Walk with Becs Gentry

Two lessons from this recommendation:  (1)  classical music makes for a great workout and (2) it’s always a good idea to look back at older classes that you may have missed when they first came out – they don’t stay around forever, and there are some fabulous gems lurking in the past.  Karen Smith adhered to both of these rules when she recommended this class.  She loved this class, saying that Becs “takes you on a globe trot with the music, explaining details about the songs that shows her nostalgia and love of classical music. Whether you are a fan of classical music or not, this is a must take!”

2. Favorite 45 Minute Ride

05/30/2025 45 Minute 2000’s Ride with Robin Arzon

Here’s another lesson (we’re full of them this week!)  Try an instructor that you might not have tried before or that wasn’t your favorite in the past – you may be surprised!  Katherine Kimes did just that and loved this class enough to recommend it as her favorite class last week!  Katherine said “I don’t take Robin’s classes very often, but I enjoyed this one!  It really made me breathless. I’ll have to start riding with her more often.”  Every song in this class is motivating and upbeat, and they happen to all be from female artists!

3. Favorite 30 Minute Ride

05/25/2025 80s Ride with Benny Adami

Melisa Giles-Hanwacker nominated this class – Benny has been getting lots of love in the Top 5 lately!  Melisa said “Benny is so fun and a hidden gem – I wish more members would see how great he is!”  (See – once again, a prompt to take a class from an instructor you may have not tried in a while!)  Melisa said that she takes his German classes often (lesson number three – don’t be intimidated by classes with subtitles!)  but having a ride in English is a nice surprise. The other great thing is that Benny pops in on his rides on demand and I catch him a lot on Cody’s live rides and he always high fives.”  Good tips there, Melisa!

4. Favorite Music-Themed Ride

05/27/2025 45 Minute Classic Rock Ride with Denis Morton

Our members definitely loved riding their bikes this week – and who could blame them with such a fabulous mix of instructors and music – there’s definitely something for everyone on the Peloton platform!  Kristi Smalley loved this ride, and if you’re  someone who picks rides based on the music and love classic rock, this ride is definitely  for you!  Kristi said this ride has “the BEST playlist!  Who else is going to play Jethro Tull, Springsteen, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Boston, the Beatles, and AC/DC all in the same ride?”  Denis definitely curates a great playlist!

5. Favorite Unstackable Row Bootcamp

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

04/15/2025 45 Minute Row with Katie Wang

This row was recommended by Melissa Solin, and it sounds unstackable to us.  Melissa said it was a “challenging mix of intervals and strength with human makers to finish it up.”  Don’t let Katie’s sweet-looking pink outfit fool you – this class was rated a difficulty of 7.8 out of 10.  It uses light, medium, and heavy dumbbells for the strength portion, and the rowing portions include multiple max and challenging effort blocks.  The rower already provides a full body workout, and adding strength portions takes you to the next level!

Thank you!
