TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (05/07/2025)

Last Updated: May 14, 2025By Tags:

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

  1.  09/07/2024 30 Minute 80s Walk with Jon Hosking
  2. 05/07/2025 20 Minute Tea Time Ride With Cody Rigsby
  3. 05/06/2025 15 Minute Yoga Drills:  Backbends with Kirra Michel
  4. 5/11/2025 30 Minute Mother’s Day Ride with Emma Lovewell
  5. 03/23/2025 60 Minute Intervals Run with Mariana Fernandez

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Walk

09/07/2024 30 Minute 80s Walk  with Jon Hosking

Dr. Jenn Mann (#DoctorJennn) recommended this, and when Dr. Jenn talks, we listen!  This is the best 80s walk ever!  Of course John Hosking brings his amazing energy and contagious smile to the tread.  This class is so much fun!  If you’re struggling to get your ass on the tread and get moving, this is the class for you. It will totally change your mood and make you smile.  If you haven’t taken it, I highly recommend it.” This walk has songs from the greatest movies of the 80’s, so it’s a great trip down memory lane!

2. Favorite Ride

05/07/2025 20 Minute Tea Time Ride With Cody Rigsby

Cody always spills the tea, but this time he’s doing it from the United Kingdom – and he is not shy about making sure to share his opinion on all things British.  Katie Bromley loved this class and said “if you enjoyed Cody’s XoXo series, this will help fill the void. Cody is witty in his banter and had me laughing out loud.  I loved this ride!”  The first two classes include a pre-recorded discussion with William Hanson, who is a British etiquette coach.  Needless to say, Cody’s comments fall a bit beyond rules of etiquette – but we would expect nothing less!

3. Favorite Yoga Class

05/06/2025 15 Minute Yoga Drills:  Backbends with Kirra Michel

Sometimes it’s good to really concentrate on what can strengthen a certain pose.   Sarah Lester did just that, and she recommends this class for you as well.  Sarah said “don’t let the backbends scare you off.  No backbends are done in the class.  It’s about working towards a backbend with back strength, hip opening and some mobility of the shoulders and upper back.  I’m not sure I’ll ever do a backbend but I will have this class on repeat.”

4. Favorite Holiday Themed Ride

5/11/2025 30 Minute Mother’s Day Ride with Emma Lovewell

This ride is extra special since Emma became a mother in the last year to baby girl Skylar!    Lindsey Millan enjoyed this ride and nominated it this week as her favorite ride, saying it was “inspiring and motivating with a good playlist.”  This ride had some mom themed songs, as well as some songs honoring the female spirit.  If you have a mother, are a mother, or know a mother, this ride will tickle your heart strings!

5. Favorite Unstackable Run

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

03/23/2025 60 Minute Intervals Run with Mariana Fernandez

This class can actually be categorized as “unstackable but doable” – or so Danette Royal Giles tells us!  Danette said this class “was perfection and the intervals were challenging but achievable.”  This class includes 50 minutes of running, but the most challenging pace doesn’t happen until the end – that being said, members rated this class an 8.3 out of 10 for difficulty, so you know that you’ll get a great and challenging workout!
