Last Updated: February 3, 2026By Tags: ,

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

1. 01/29/2026 30 Magic Mike Live Ride with Tunde Oyeneyin

2. 01/31/2026 – 30 Minute Classic Rock Row with Alex Karwoski

3. 01/24/2026 30 Minute 90s Pop Walk with Robin Arzon

4. 1/21/2026 Patreon Episode aka The Clipped Out for 448! (no that’s not a typo!)

5. 1/29/2026 30 Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning with Zacharias Niedzwiecki

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Ride

01/29/2026 30 Magic Mike Live Ride with Tunde Oyeneyin

Lots of members absolutely loved this unique ride! Karen Smith tells us it was “so amazing! The energy in this class was 🔥 and the “burner” at the end made this class a worthy bookmark. I don’t often ride with Tunde but I didn’t want to miss this one, and it did not disappoint!” Diana Volk also had “a lot of fun, especially watching the expressions on Katie and Olivia’s faces when everything unfolded.” Similarly Joani Robertson reports that “the vibe and energy was fantastic and then in the last 7-8 minutes boom – there was the surprise!”

Several members also nominated the PSL Reconnect Ride led by Hannah Frankson. Check out what we said about that here!

2. Favorite Row

01/31/2026 – 30 Minute Classic Rock Row with Alex Karwoski

Sarah Lester had some interesting commentary on Alex K’s 30 Minute Classic Rock Row from 1/31/2026. She tells us, he “created a playlist that reflected where we currently are in the US in a subtle way. The songs he played were very intentional and while I had heard them before, I had never really listened to them and heard them in a new way. I think you could take this Row and thinks it’s political, but others haven taken it and didn’t take that away from it.” She realized that “while I was taking the class it occurred to me that Alex isn’t active on social media but he expresses himself through the playlists and discussions during his row classes, and that’s a big part of what makes them so great.” Cat Gotti agrees, noting she “loved this Row and his storytelling!” Sounds like this is a class worth taking even on another modality, like walking, just to listen to what Alex K has to say!

3. Favorite Walk

01/24/2026 30 Minute 90s Pop Walk with Robin Arzon

Tiffany Cortez (#ToughTiffSweats) shares that she “really liked Robin’s 30 min 90s Walk from 1/24/26. It had the best 90s playlist and she had long intervals that weren’t too challenging. Kind of reminded me of a PZ endurance ride.” We love Robin for 90s classes as well, and as Matt has been advising, it sounds like easing through January with endurance workouts is a solid plan.

4. Favorite Way to Pass the Time While Running…

1/21/2026 Patreon Episode aka The Clipped Out for 448!

No, you’re not seeing things! The Clip Out got a lovely message recently from Cristina Stavro, who nominated the 1/21/2026 podcast episode for the TCO Top 5. Why? Because she “listened to this one while on a run and time flew by because I was laughing so much.” Cristina went on thank TCO for what we do and she also appreciated the Bonus Episodes, especially “amidst the craziness these days.” What wonderful feedback… we appreciate YOU Cristina, and all our readers and listeners out there.

5. Favorite Unstackable

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

1/29/2026 30 Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning with Zacharias Niedzwiecki

I’m going to nominate the Unstackable myself this week, and it’s the first kettlebell class with Zacharias. Fans of the Clip Out may know that I’ve been on a Zacharias spree lately in my workout choices. After I took this class, I really felt buoyed because I had been so looking forward to it, and it really delivered on the promise. I’m a beginner at kettlebells but I’ve been so intrigued about his approach since he was first announced as a new instructor. We did movements that were different than the ones I had practiced with the Peloton tutorials, and they felt wonderfully fluid, just as I’d hoped. But… I am deeming this Unstackable because these new movements also really woke up some muscles apparently I rarely use. I was sore (but in the good way) for days after! 🎶 DOMS, doms doms doms dommmmmms… (that’s Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness haha).

Also, if you try this class and you’re a beginner like I am, you might want to go lighter than he recommends, though he does give a wide range of weight suggestions. Also check out his two “Figure 8” tutorial classes.

Thank you!
