TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (01/07/2026)

Last Updated: January 6, 2026By Tags: ,

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

  1. 01/02/26 30 Minute HIIT and Hills Ride with Sam Yo
  2. 09/27/2025 90 Minute Two for One Ride  with Christian Vande Velde and Matt Wilpers
  3. 12/31/2025 20 Minute New Year’s Recovery Ride with Sam Yo
  4. 12/27/2025 10 Minute Focus Flow:  For Runners with Denis Morton
  5. 06/09/2025 Extra 10: Tabata Ride with Olivia Amato

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Ride

01/02/26 30 Minute HIIT and Hills Ride with Sam Yo

Karen Gage Bensley recommended this ride, saying “the music and coaching was perfect for this structure – long climbs, descending intervals, both on repeat.  He truly is a master.”  That he is, Karen!  Sam’s rides are always just the right amount of challenging and inspiring.

2. Favorite Two for One Class

09/27/2025 90 Minute Two for One Ride  with Christian Van de Velde and Matt Wilpers

There’s nothing but love for two for one rides, and Karen Smith loved this one (even mentioning that she found it to be unstackable).    She said this class “was Zones 2 and 3 but it is a route simulation and the hills were killer!  The amount of sweat I had was RUDE.  But what a great class- the chemistry these two have together kept me laughing while gasping up those hills.  I had a hard time even doing  a 15 minute stretch after.”

3. Favorite New Year’s Class

12/31/2025 20 Minute New Year’s Recovery Ride with Sam Yo

Sam is getting a lot of love this week!  Andy Townshend nominated his New Years Ride saying it was the “perfect start to the year with Sam’s usual wonderful insights for life!  One to do again and again!”  The music in this class is inspirational and uplifting, and in twenty minutes Sam will get your energy flowing and your mind focused on what a great new year this will be.

4. Favorite Yoga Class

12/27/2025 10  Minute Focus Flow:  For Runners with Denis Morton

You are all loving the focus flows – they’re a great way to  stretch and work your body after certain activities.  Mindy Jensen said this class was “fantastic.  As Denis states in the beginning of it, it can be used as a post-run stretch since every move is held for a bit (and it counts for your yoga challenge).  He hits all the running muscles including the ever painful, but effective toe sit.”

5. Favorite Unstackable Extra 10 Tabata Class

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

06/09/2025 Extra 10: Tabata Ride with Olivia Amato

It’s crazy to think that a ten minute class could be unstackable, but leave it to Olivia to bring on the burn!

Kari Fenrich was  unable to finish this class after stacking it – so that is the true definition of unstackable!  Kari stacked it after other bike classes and just could not do the cadences and resistance Olivia called out, even for a “mere” ten minutes.  Make this ride a single when you want a crazy burn in a short amount of time!

Thank you!
