New Fit Family Classes from Five Instructors Drop April 3 in Multiple Formats, Lengths, and Languages

Peloton’s Fit Family Classes are back, and this time they’re bringing a full spring refresh. Starting Friday, April 3, 2026, a new batch of on-demand Fit Family Classes goes live, featuring five instructors, multiple class formats, and options for both English and German-speaking families.

Peloton Fit Family Classes: Who’s Teaching

The April 3 drop includes an impressive mix of instructor talent. Jess Sims leads a 10-minute Fit Family Fun class, her signature high-energy approach applied to a format built for the whole household. Chelsea Jackson Roberts offers a 15-minute Fit Family Flow, a longer, more movement-based option for families who want a little more time on the mat. Rad Lopez rounds out the English-language lineup with a 5-minute Brain Break, a quick reset designed to shake off the mid-day slump.

German-language content expands the lineup considerably. Cliff Dwenger teaches two 10-minute Fit Family Fun sessions in German, and Mayla Wedekind adds both a 5-minute and 10-minute Family Meditation in German. That brings the total new drop to seven classes across two languages.

Class Formats, Lengths, and Timing

The Peloton Fit Family Classes launching April 3 cover a range of formats, from the quick Brain Break at five minutes to the 15-minute Flow, making it easy for families to find something that fits their schedule. The English-language classes go live at 12 AM ET / 5 AM GMT on April 3. The German-language classes from Cliff and Mayla follow at 5:30 AM GMT / 6:30 AM CET.

All classes will be available on demand through the Fit Family Collection on the Peloton platform. You can access the collection directly here.

A Growing Peloton Fit Family Classes Library

This April drop adds to a library that has been growing steadily and currently has 101 classes (before this new drop). Peloton first launched Fit Family content with Jess Sims back in 2020, building a collection that mixes cardio, meditation, and movement-based classes for parents and kids to do together. The original collection brought together a curated selection of classes designed to get parents and children moving together, from energetic cardio workouts to calming group meditations.

The German-language expansion is also not new territory. Peloton added German-language Fit Family classes in February 2026, led by Cliff and Mayla, making this April release a continuation of that effort rather than a first step. If you missed that drop, you can read more about it here.

It’s worth noting that some Fit Family content is also available for free on Peloton’s YouTube channel. The Fit Family playlist on YouTube includes classes specifically designed to get everyone moving together, from young kids to adults, mixing gamified cardio with guided meditations and quick brain breaks. That makes it an accessible option for anyone who wants to try the format before committing. You can read more about what Peloton offers on YouTube here.

For families looking for a low-barrier way to build movement into their routine together, this lineup is worth a look.
