Robin Arzon’s Cookbook Tour Hits 2 Talk Shows for Mainstream Momentum
Robin Arzon’s cookbook tour for her debut release, Eat to Hustle: 75 High-Protein Plant-Based Recipes, is generating a steady run of national television bookings that puts her well beyond the usual fitness media circuit. She appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show on Friday, March 13, and is scheduled to appear on The Drew Barrymore Show on Tuesday, March 17.
About the Book
Released on March 10, 2026, Robin Arzon’s cookbook Eat to Hustle is a collection of 75 protein-dense, plant-based recipes co-developed with registered dietitian Dalina Soto. The book takes direct aim at the conventional assumption that high protein intake requires meat, and pairs each recipe with a full macronutrient breakdown. Robin launched the book with a live cooking demo, book signing, and meet-and-greet at Peloton Studios New York on March 7, ahead of a multi-city tour with stops in New York, Northvale NJ, Philadelphia, and Austin, Texas.
The Kelly Clarkson Show & The Drew Barrymore Show
Robin’s March 13 appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show is part of a television run that also included Good Morning America, where she made recipes live on air. She is scheduled to follow that up with a Drew Barrymore Show appearance on March 17. The Drew Barrymore Show is a syndicated daytime program on CBS that recently renewed through 2028 and currently averages 1.6 million daily viewers, making it a meaningful platform for a cookbook launch. Together, these bookings represent mainstream daytime reach that most fitness personalities don’t come close to during a book release.

Robin Arzon’s Cookbook Tour Alongside a Busy March
The television circuit is running parallel to a notably active month for Robin beyond the cookbook. In early March, she was at SXSW in Austin for a live recording of her Project Swagger podcast with Mark Cuban, a panel session with Rebecca Kennedy at the SHE Media Co-Lab, and the Digital Dopamine panel alongside Peloton CPO Nick Caldwell. Her Austin book tour stop on March 15 coincides with that SXSW presence, giving the cookbook additional visibility in a high-traffic news week for Peloton overall.
