NYT Bestseller List: Robin Arzon is Unstoppable With Entry # 4

Robin Arzon is adding another book to the NYT bestseller list. The Peloton VP of Fitness Programming joyfully shared on Instagram that Eat to Hustle has debuted on the NYT bestseller list. The announcement comes nine days after the book’s March 10, 2026 release and caps a launch sprint that included national television appearances and a four city tour.

What Robin’s Eat to Hustle Is

Eat to Hustle is a 75-recipe plant-based cookbook built around a central argument: that high protein intake does not require meat. Each recipe comes with a full macronutrient breakdown, so readers can track exactly what they are eating to fuel performance. The book was published by Little, Brown and Company as part of Hachette Book Group’s Voracious imprint. Robin co-authored it with Dalina Soto, a registered dietitian, giving the nutrition guidance professional grounding that goes beyond the standard celebrity cookbook format.

A Repeat Author on the NYT Bestseller List

Robin is no stranger to the NYT Bestseller List. She previously landed on it with Shut Up and Run, Strong Mama Strong Baby, and Welcome, Hustler: An Empowerment Journal. With Eat to Hustle now joining that ranks, Robin has achieved the milestone four times — a remarkable testament to her ability to connect with readers well beyond the Peloton platform.

Few fitness personalities have translated their on-bike presence into a sustained literary career the way Arzon has, and Eat to Hustle proves that her audience shows up for her in every arena she enters. The Clip Out has covered this book from the start, including when Arzon announced her four-city book tour and when her tour hit The Kelly Clarkson Show and The Drew Barrymore Show.

The Launch That Got It There

The path to the bestseller list started at Peloton Studios New York on March 7 with a live cooking demo and book signing. From there, Robin took the Eat to Hustle tour to Philadelphia and Austin while simultaneously securing national television exposure on back-to-back talk show appearances. The combination of Peloton’s existing membership base, Robin’s personal audience on Instagram, and concentrated mainstream TV coverage created the kind of launch window that can push a book onto the list in its first week.

What This Means for Robin Beyond Peloton

Peloton instructors with bestselling books occupy a category of public profile that extends well beyond the platform. Eat to Hustle landing on the NYT bestseller list reinforces that Robin’s influence reaches into mainstream culture, not just fitness media. For Peloton, having its VP of Fitness Programming achieve this kind of recognition carries its own value at a time when the company is working to strengthen its brand identity. Members who want to pick up the book can find it wherever books are sold or at robinarzon.com.

About the Author: Liz Nikol (#JustAskForHelp)

My daily therapy is provided by Peloton and I truly believe that movement is medicine. I don't discriminate - bike, tread, yoga, strength, pilates and a ton of meditation. By day, I am a psychotherapist and director of a large counseling center in NJ. I am particularly passionate about women's mental health, especially in midlife. By night, I am a mom to 2 dachshunds and a scruffy mutt and wife to a chiropractor that keeps us all moving (yes, that includes the dogs!). Besides Peloton, I am obsessed with hard rock (think Octane on Sirius), Law and Order everything and a good thriller. Find me on the Peloton leaderboard at #JustAskForHelp.
