Returning Peloton Apparel via Mail? Get Out your Wallet

🗣️ Calling all Peloton apparel fans!  Have you ever received a piece or two from your favorite collection and it just wasn’t exactly what you wanted it to be?  Well, you can return it without issue – to any Peloton showroom free or charge – but if you want to mail in your return, you will now be charged a $9 restocking fee.

Also new to the returns system appears to be that for an additional fee ($6.95), you can have your return picked up at your home in some areas.  This is in addition to the $9 restocking fee.

The remainder of the return process appears to be the same.  You can still get a full refund to your original form of payment if you make your return within 30 days of purchase.  You can also return a Peloton apparel gift and will be issued a gift card once the item is received.

Will this deter you from returning your apparel items and perhaps send you looking for a friend who may be interested or do you think you’ll still be sending your returns packing?  Let us know in the comments!
