Goodnight Peloton: New Evening Mindfulness Classes

Peloton is introducing a new series called Goodnight Peloton featuring 5-minute Evening Mindfulness classes with Adrian, Jon, Cody, Alex T., and Denis ready to guide you off to dreamland. These short sessions aim to help you wind down after a long day and will be brought to you by a group of instructors who just might surprise you. While Peloton hasn’t revealed who will lead these sleep meditations, they did confirm that guest instructors will make an appearance.  These classes are available on demand now.

Stroke Rate Row Classes for Enhanced Rowing Performance

Rowers, get ready for a new challenge! Alex K., Ash, and Katie will guide you through Stroke Rate Row classes designed to improve your coordination, stamina, and aerobic endurance. This series focuses on controlling your stroke rate for better performance on the water (or in your living room). Catch these new classes on the Row, launching Friday, Nov. 22.

LATAM Tour: Peloton’s First Spanish Language Cycling Series

Join instructor Camila as she takes you on a musical journey through Mexico, Puerto Rico, Colombia, and Argentina. Each themed class will focus on the music, traditions, and culture of a specific country. The first class is already available on demand, so hop on your bike and join the celebration.
