Feel It Coming: The Weeknd Artist Series Is Here
Get ready, because this week’s Peloton Artist Series is dedicated to none other than The Weeknd. It’s time to clear your schedule and get ready to sweat to some of the biggest hits from this global superstar. Whether you’re clipping in, hitting the mat, or jumping on the Tread, there’s a class designed to make you feel like a “Starboy.”
This series offers a fantastic opportunity to push your limits while getting lost in a catalog of iconic music. The instructors have curated playlists that will motivate you through every interval, climb, and pose. You’ll find yourself singing along, forgetting just how hard you’re working.
Who is The Weeknd?
Born Abel Makkonen Tesfaye in Toronto, Canada, The Weeknd rose from an anonymous YouTube artist in 2010 to one of the most influential musicians of his generation. His unique blend of R&B, pop, and electronic music, often characterized by dark, moody lyrics and atmospheric production, has earned him critical acclaim and a massive global following. With multiple Grammy Awards, Diamond-certified singles, and a history-making Super Bowl halftime performance, he has solidified his place in music history. His ability to reinvent his sound and persona with each album keeps fans eagerly anticipating what he’ll do next.
Why You Shouldn’t Miss These Classes
Taking part in an Artist Series class is more than just a workout; it’s an experience. Here are a few benefits of joining in on The Weeknd series:
- Unmatched Motivation: The right playlist can be the difference between a good workout and a great one. The driving beats and melodic hooks in The Weeknd’s music are perfect for pushing through that final push or holding that challenging pose.
- Community Connection: There’s a special energy that comes from knowing thousands of other members are taking the class with you. Sharing the experience, chasing leaderboard positions, and high-fiving your way through the sweat creates a powerful sense of community.
- Discover New Workouts: An exciting Artist Series is the perfect excuse to try a new discipline. If you usually stick to the bike, why not see what a strength or yoga class has to offer? You might just find a new favorite way to move.
